I dressed up as a candle for Halloween 🎉

This is a honey bee being born! #honeybee #beekeeping

Picking berries, foraging mushrooms and exploring in Sweden! 🇸🇪 #sweden

I mixed oyster mushroom spawn 10 days ago and the mycelium is now growing quick. Back in the warm cupboard for more growing and it’ll soon be fruiting time. 🍄 #mushroomgrowing #mushroom

Beautiful alpine spruce trees covered in fresh snow 😍😍😍

I stated beekeeping last year and it was one the biggest learning curves but also the most rewarding thing ever! #honey #beekeeping #outdoors

I dreamt many times of staying in a simple hut in the mountains and now I’m here and it’s more beautiful than I imagined. Sure, it sometimes gets very quiet and lonely but it also brings many other great feelings. ☺️ Gunna do a YouTube live from the hut maybe on Friday night so if you have any…

Who would live here? #offgrid #mountains #cabinlife

My friend made these beautiful bowls and a mug! Go follow him in Insta @jwpottery_ and buy some pots! #pottery #clay #bowls

The most peaceful place I’ve ever been. I love the mountains. 🏔 I stayed at this off grid mountain hut for 6 days but would have quite liked to stay there forever. I lived off wild mushroom soup and washed my clothes in a bucket, was beautiful. Full video - link in bio. #outdoors

Mushrooms are amazing!!! 🍄 #mushroom #foraging #outdoors

I found this beautiful place on @airbnb and instantly booked it! Had some very relaxing days here. 😍😍😍 Watch the full video on my YouTube channel ‘Just Alex’. #offgrid #cabin #mountians #outdoors

I visited a bee house in Switzerland where 24 colonies of honeybees live. Watch the full video on my YouTube channel now. ‘Just Alex’ on YouTube. #beekeeping #honeybees

This is my home for the next 5 days!

Everything I need to live is in this van. Food, water, bed and power to work on my laptop. Right now I’m in a tunnel on the way to France and I’m excited to see where I end up over the next few weeks…

If I can convert a van into a camper… anyone can do it. I had never picked up a power tool until I started this project. The van is far from perfect but im happy with the result and I can’t wait to go travelling. #van #camper #diy

I caught a fish, grew tomatoes, harvested honey from my bees and made a tasty meal! #selfsufficient #beekeeping #gardening #outdoors

How honey is harvested from a beehive. #beekeeping #honeybee #honey

Cutting the wax cappings off the frames of honey could possibily be the most satisfying thing I’ve ever done! #beekeeping #honey

Watched a guy make a little fire in the field. 5 minutes later and it spread right across the field!

This is how I filmed my latest video exploring Stockholm in Sweden. I use an A7Siii and 16-35mm lens for B-Roll and timelapses then a GoPro on a chest mount for POV filming. #filming

The fish were almost getting out the water so they could get a taste of the pizza… #pizza #koi #fish

🍓How to make strawberry milkshake. 😋 From the field, to a glass of cold tasty strawberry milkyness! Recipe I used - 230g strawberries 240g milk 1tbsp sugar 1tsp vanilla extract A scoop or two of honeycomb ice cream #strawberry #milkshake #gardening #food

Straw pellets + oyster mushroom spawn + water = a load of tasty mushrooms! 😋 #mushroom #mushroomgrowing #fungi

Swarming bees! #beekeeping #honeybee

How does a honeybee colony work? You have 3 groups of bees. Worker bees - they work really hard! Drones (male bees) they just mate. And you have a queen that lays all the eggs! #beekeeping #honeybee #bee

I got given a coloney of bees and a bee hive… now I’m a beekeeper! #beekeeping #honeybee
