Tell God exactly what is troubling you, then ask for strength and help for the next step—not necessarily all the answers at once. Trust that He is present even when your circumstances have not changed. 3. Take one faithful step at a time. Anxiety often focuses on the entire future. Instead, ask, “What is the next right thing I can do?” Move forward calmly, remembering that God is sustaining you with His “righteous right hand.” God does not promise that we will never face difficulty, but He promises that we will never face it alone.
