And just like that… your girl has WERK to dooooo. In just a few months, I’m trading Los Angeles for New York City because apparently I’m a MERMAID now?! But before the undies, the pool, and swinging from the chandeliers… there is a whole lot of preparation. And I couldn’t help but wonder: When your next chapter asks more of your body, do you try to make her smaller - or do you make her strong enough to meet it? For me, the answer has looked like ballet, pilates sessions that make me laugh because if I don’t, I WILL ugly cry.
