They've quickly become one of the most popular products we've ever made. Every head starts as a brand new, 100% OEM Ford casting. We cut the intake shelf off so we can get in and do a proper port job, then bolt our billet plenums back on. That means they still take your factory valve covers and intake manifold. Proven with a head swap only, with no tuning changes and nothing else touched: ✅ 66mm turbo: +25 HP ✅ 80mm turbo: +50 HP ✅ 94mm turbo: +80 HP Customers keep telling us about the spool-up. Guys who needed a lot of nitrous to light their turbo now spool it with none. Guys who couldn't get it to spool at all now do it with just a little. NEW from Kill Devil Diesel 🔥 Screw-in freeze plugs are now available on our engine packages! It was an honor to machine this 6.0L Power Stroke block for Riffraff Diesel and their GTR Pikes Peak build. Their high-RPM, high-water-pressure application called for something beyond the traditional press-in plug—so we CNC-machined the block for -20 ORB screw-in plugs. Threaded, O-ring sealed, easily serviceable, and designed to stay put under extreme pressure. Race-bred development that’s now available to every KDD customer. 💪

We just wrapped up this VERY special 7.3 for Tommy Hassler’s pulling rig! 🔥 This monster features KDD Delta Series ported heads with plenty of custom upgrades, our Jesel solid roller valvetrain, and a custom cam — all built around a CGI Hypermax block. Inside, it’s packed with Crower rods and custom pistons machined here at KDD for some BEEFY 1/8” Total Seal rings, with the entire rotating assembly internally balanced in-house! Fuel comes from a custom mechanical P-pump-style injection system, paired with an absolutely GIANT turbo. 😎 This thing is built to make some SERIOUS power.
