🚨 We’re hiring: Remote SDR, South Africa 🚨 KCV Executives is hiring a remote Sales Development Representative, SDR based in South Africa. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. Working hours will be discussed during the recruitment process. We’re looking for a proactive B2B SDR who can help build a sales pipeline from the ground up. This is not a basic appointment-setting role, and it is not a senior sales management role. It sits in the middle. You need to be hands-on enough to generate leads and book calls, but commercially strong enough to qualify prospects, understand business needs and communicate value. The company you’ll support is in its startup phase, so you must be comfortable with change, ownership and working where processes are still being shaped. You’ll be involved in: • Using Apollo to find suitable B2B leads • Building lead lists • Conducting outbound outreach • Booking discovery calls • Supporting discovery and qualification conversations • Managing follow-ups • Keeping CRM records accurate • Helping improve outreach and sales processes We’re looking for someone with: • Proven B2B sales development experience • Outbound prospecting and lead generation experience • Apollo or similar tool experience • Strong written communication skills • Confidence speaking with decision-makers • CRM experience • Google Workspace skills • Previous remote working experience • Reliable power during load shedding • A suitable laptop or computer Experience in SaaS, consulting, advisory, professional services, LinkedIn prospecting, Brevo or AI-supported outreach would be advantageous.
