Tender pork, buttery potatoes, and the most delicious homemade onion gravy! 🤤 🍽️ Sunday Slow Cooker Pork & Potatoes with Homemade Onion Gravy Ingredients: * Boneless country-style pork ribs * Baby yellow potatoes * 1 onion, sliced * Beef broth * Worcestershire sauce * Butter * Garlic powder * Onion powder * Paprika * Salt and black pepper * Cornstarch and water (optional, for thickening) Directions: 1. Season the pork with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the sliced onions and baby potatoes in the crockpot. 3. Add the seasoned pork. 4. This was SO easy and the perfect comfort food! 🥘 Filling: • 2–3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped • 1 bag frozen mixed veggies • 1 can cream of chicken soup • ½ cup chicken broth • ½ cup sour cream • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • Black pepper • ½ cup shredded cheddar 🧀 Topping: • 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix • Ingredients called for on the box • Butter + seasoning packet Mix all the filling ingredients together and spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to the box and drop spoonfuls over the top, leaving a little space between the biscuits. Bake at 375°F for 30–40 minutes, until the filling is hot and bubbly and the biscuits are golden and cooked through. If the biscuits brown too quickly, loosely cover with foil.
