The last 9 days and moments I had with my dad at the hospital were honestly so bittersweet. As painful as it was to see someone so strong, loving, and full of life in that condition, I’ll forever be grateful for the gift of time God gave us in those final moments together. ❤️ In the middle of all the heartbreak, there was also something deeply meaningful about being able to sit beside him, hold his hand, pray over him, love on him, and tell him everything that was on my heart before he went home to be with the Lord. Those moments are ones I will carry with me forever. Grief has a way of making you realize how precious time truly is. How quickly life changes. While I wish I could’ve had more time with my dad here on earth, I’m so thankful that his life was filled with love, laughter, family, faith, dancing, memories, and so many beautiful moments together. I’ll miss you forever PapaV 🤍 But I’ll forever be grateful that I got to be your daughter 💗
