This is the comment I get a lot about my work and it’s a complicated one to receive. It was incredibly difficult to learn someone that brought me such joy caused so much harm to others. I hope that if you’re seeking something beautiful in the wake of not being sure where to go from LF you find…

That’s a wrap ✨🩵 I was so worried I had messed this one up but now I see it and I’m over the moon. My first self portrait in over ten years. @MichaelaKArts reminded me these are important to do so that we can see ourselves through the lens of an artist, and not our own. It’s a beautiful reminder…

A bit of the timelapse from yesterday’s live draw of the mermaid piece I’m working on ✨ Working on the kelp and my secondary light source which is definitely a process! I have like ten kelp references for this piece which probably hindered me LOL but the way light shifts through it is fascinating…

Good ol’ tape reveal on my drawing “Aurora” inspired by my sweet Peaches who left us years ago. She had eyes like a sea of stars and I loved to imagine she was somehow tethered to them like the night blanket bringer ✨ #drawingreveal #tapepeel #artreveal #cat #catart
