@lovewellness

the Laguna to LA to NYC journey continues in 2012. The hills ended, I moved, my cooking project w food network failed to launch and I had to … figure it out! …and now 10 years later I can’t believe my company is turning 10(!) and is at Walmart, Ulta, Target, and CVS. I just turned 40!!! And I’ve been a mom for almost a year. 2026 has been quite the year.

That’s our bday GIRL 🎂 so much love for our fearless leader @Lo Bosworth Natale 🩷

This is your sign to ditch your scented body wash (pls) 🌸

repeat after us: we’re NOT using fragrance down there (okay??)

#stitch with @Sela may I also suggest men switch to our pH Balanced Cleanser from their crazy body wash full bc your infections will stop…..

Ready for something sexy? Getting the care you need and knowing how your body works. This is exactly why we created Comfy Suppository: a moisturizing spa day for down there to help alleviate dryness and discomfort.

stocked up and cozy as per usual 🩷 @CVS Pharmacy

kind of a lot if you ask us… what’re you bringing?

(In our humble opinion)

Swipe through for what a change in pH means, why it happens and how to best manage it.

and here we are 10 years later 🩷

The women's care gap is real, many women leave the doctor's office with the same symptoms and more questions than they arrived with. That's why we sat down with Dr. Ashita Gupta , endocrinologist and Love Wellness medical advisor, for her tips on how to get the most out of your next visit.

Anyone else told "that's just normal" and then... nothing else? 🙋‍♀️ Same. That's why we believe "it's normal" should be the start of the conversation, not the end. We brought in @Dr. Jodie to help us actually address vaginal dryness, and 100% of study participants (yes, 100%) said our pH Balance Cleanser helped. Gentle, fragrance-free, no harsh chemicals.

What if “it’s normal” wasn’t the end of the convo but ~started~ another one? Intimate skin, and what it needs, is often overlooked. We’re done overlooking it. In a clinical study, 100% of study participants said that our pH Balancing Cleanser was gentle enough for everyday use.

if you’re feeling… dry down there, you’re not alone

Just another “nobody warned me about this” moment that deserves talking about 🩷

Taboo? Embarrassing? Well, we're talking about it (and we might even have a solution...). @Lo Bosworth Natale

Telling YOU about post partum symptoms so that you don’t have to be in the dark about it. @Lo Bosworth Natale

Sweating, covered in zits, and heel pain?? Oh, that’s just the tip of the post partum iceberg. @Lo Bosworth Natale

Just a few things on the loooong list of things women aren’t told about post partum… @Lo Bosworth Natale

And to think giving birth was only the BEGINNING of the journey. What other post partum moments do you wish you’d known about? @Lo Bosworth Natale
