Heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Season the sh*t out of that chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper 3. Sear for 3 minutes per side until golden and gorgeous, then yeet it out of the pan. 4. Add another splash of olive oil, garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and orzo. 5. Toast the orzo for 2 minutes 6. Pour in chicken stock + a sprinkle of salt, bring it to a boil, then cover so she can simmer down. 7. Cook for 5ā8 minutes until the orzo is tender. Stir occasionally so it doesnāt stick like your ex. 8. Toss in spinach, cook till wilted (about 2ā3 minutes, same amount of time it takes me to spiral). 9. Add heavy cream, dried basil, and red pepper flakes. Mix. 10. Add chicken back into the pan, let it simmer 2ā5 minutes. 11. This might actually be one of my favourite dinners that I've made this year. And I don't know if it was because it was super easy or because I made it all in one pan, or because it tasted absolutely delicious, but when I tell you this dinner is about to be on repeat in my house, I mean it. I personally hate when a meal has so many ingredients in it that are so out there that you're not gonna use them. But this dish has super simple ingredients and I bet that you have most of them in your house already. 30 minutes start to finish, only one pan to clean up, and you'll have plenty for leftovers. Oh, and also, I promise that you don't have to go to culinary school to make this dish. Recipe is in the caption. And enjoy!
