It’s suicide prevention month! Not my usual post but I wanted to be vulnerable and share a small part of my story. I struggle with depression, anxiety and ptsd. But these do not define me and I have lived such a great life so far with so many lessons, heartache, love, etc. and I have sooo much more to look forward to in this life and so do you! #septembersuicidepreventionmonth #colorguard #loml #teachingkids #youareloved
