Loved getting to train Dakota Johnson for this @Calvin Klein campaign. Proof that you don’t need extreme workouts or hours in the gym to feel strong and confident. Just consistency, smart programming, and movement that works with your body - which is exactly what we focus on at @The Sculpt Society Pretty special moment to be part of 🤍 #dakotajohnson #calvinklein #thesculptsociety #celebritytrainer #coreworkout

Who should I train next?! #celebritytrainer #thesculptsociety

Welcome back to my restarting ballet at 40 series 🩰 Coming in hot with an unpopular opinion… ballet class spends WAY too much time at the barre 😂 Any former dancers or current ballet girlies agree with me? Or am I about to get roasted in the comments? Either way, I'm having so much fun taking you along as I rediscover ballet in my 40s. And I have a feeling there's a lot more to unpack along the way. #ballet #dancerlife #adultballet

You can take the girl out of dance class but you can’t take the 8 counts out of the girl 💃🏻 #dancerlife

36 hours in NYC that felt a little like I was living inside my vision board 🥹 #nyc #snl #dakotajohnson

Were you a "get dressed for ballet at home" girl or a "change at the studio" girl?! I was always an at studio girl (especially during the week) There was something about getting ready for ballet that was basically its own ritual... the leo, tights, bun, ballet shoes stuffed in the bag. And now getting dressed for dance again is bringing back allll! the memories... except I have way more fun with the outfits this time around 😂

Reconnecting with my inner child 🩰

Why is it always harder to close on the way home?!? #relatable

Okay, "canceled" might be a little dramatic but a broken elevator would have delayed our entire NYFW event by HOURS... which, when you have a room full of people arriving and an entire event running on a very tight schedule, would have caused some serious chaos. Safe to say this was not on the NYFW bingo card 😂 Huge thank you to the New York Fire Department helping us get things moving again. The show went on ✨

❤️

There's something really special about being in a room full of people you admire... ones who inspire you, support you, and genuinely want to see you win 💛

Turns out, doing something again after 15 years is a whole experience 😂 Some things my body remembers immediately. Some things feel completely foreign. And every class I leave with a new thought, a small win, or something I VERY clearly need to work on. I have no idea where this little ballet journey is going, but I'm having so much fun sharing it with you #ballettok #ballet #adultballet

The question itself might be small, but the expectation underneath it isn't. Why is Mom still automatically the default parent? In our house, some weeks I do more. Some weeks my husband does more. It's not perfectly 50/50 every day... but our kids are equally ours. We're a team. And I really hope by the time my girls are grown, a mom getting on a plane for work doesn't feel like something she has to explain. Moms, tell me I'm not the only one who's felt this? #motherhood #parenting
