Went back to dance class bout 2 weeks ago for the new year and let me tell u moving to Atlanta was the best decision of my life and im glad I went… i had a rough year last year i lost my dog, my great grandmother and it gets worse the beginning of this year I lost my grandma and so i was really going through a lot lately til the point where i was not being myself and I needed an outlet and I went to the very place that I loved since the beginning was Dancing! Doing what I love to do is therapeutic to me and im glad I got a chance to meet @artrell_successful and took his class for the first time and has truly made it a safe place and I’ve learned a lot and so I thank u my brotha!! I got to meet some cool ppl and seen new friends from projects And we danced to this classic song and when I did that song I thought of my grandma and my great grandma because I love and miss them so much… in my own way it was a dedication to them.. I can’t wait to go to coach trell class again whenever he do it and looking forward to working with him someday! I enjoy myself it’s nothing doing what you love to and that’s art.. enjoy 🔥🔥❤️😁💃🔥🔥 🧠: @artrell_successful 🎶🎤: 702 - I still love you #dancer #702#702t#IstillloveyouP#RIPIrishGrinsteadp#Hiphopo#smoothhiphopa#classicsongn#Dancingf#Official702a#CoachTrell

#CapCut Man I’m literally in tears right now from watching this over and over again because it looked so real.. it’s crazy how this Al video had turn out because that’s exactly how she used to open her arms for a hug.. if only heaven has a visiting hour I would love to visit my granny and rans to her arms with a great big hug to tell her I love her and that I miss her so much and that I’m sorry I wasn’t there for you when you needed me the most.. I do my best to not think like that but I had my days where grief just comes in out of no where.. like one minute your good and the next your crying! Some of yall don’t understand how much I miss her and it just hurts so bad! But I’m happy she’s not suffering in pain anymore I believe in my heart she’s at peace walking and doing better… it’s not a goodbye, it’s I’ll see you later granny and I’m a do my best and smile cause I know you always want to see me smile and not be sad.. but understand that that part of me died when you died.. but I’m promise I will smile.. GOD continue to guide me with strength and heal a broken heart 🥹🥺😢💔❤️‍🩹🕊️🙏🏾

Behind the scene moment.. After three long days of being on Set for “Cousins” your girl has officially wrapped as Shelia… 👏🏾🥂👏🏾 This was my first time being in the movie that is based on a true story portraying a real life human being has been an honor.. so this opportunity was huge for me and I wanted to portray my character in the best of my ability and to challenge myself as a actor and I gotta say I’m so proud of myself on how far I’ve come on this journey and it’s not over yet! Working with amazingly talented actors on set has been amazing and so much fun and I had got an opportunity to work with one of my favorite actors whom I’ve had been a fan of his work since I’ve seen him in Notorious, Barbershop shop 3 and many more @jamalgravywoolard now that’s for the books and many more to come! Thank u for being an awesome scene partner; such a humble down the earth person and looking forward to working with you again in the future along with my amazing cast mates in this project.. wanna thank my fam Casino and the whole production team @sdmflix @thepurexposureshow for this amazing opportunity and to understand what you and your family had been through to make this project so special sharing your story to the world to inspire others.. playing the role of your cousin Michelle aka Shelia has been a true honor may she rest in peace 🕊️💐🙏🏾 to fully understand her and her mindset in certain moments made it easy cause I’ve always love sorry telling so I take anything I do seriously and I hope I did her justice! Last July at a cabin trip.. feeling my own skin ❤️😊❤️ #Summer2026 #Feelingfree #leroymichigan #Lakehouse #Cabinspiritualretreat

Go outside, connect with GOD’s Creations and appreciate life more it’s a whole new world.. Shine your light! ❤️🙏🏾😁 #cabintrip #Healingjourney #RoseLake #Spiritualretreat #Summer2026

This trip owes me nothing.. it wasn’t just a belated bday cabin trip it was also a spiritual retreat for me and my friends.. It was a bittersweet moment for me because last time I went to a cabin trip at the lake house my granny was alive and had told her all about it but now that she’s no longer here in a flash, it was a whole different atmosphere..When I had that moment to myself where I had a conversation with GOD and my grandma, it’s like I felt her warm presence everywhere I go and when that bird came around because she loves birds it was like she never left me she was there all along🥹🕊️… This time around I really enjoyed myself I had so much fun on this trip.. I get to spend time with people that I love and just being free.. free to be myself, learning to let go of things that wasn’t meant for me and living life to the fullest and appreciate GODs creation! This Cabin trip was everything! See you again next Summer 😎🌞🫶🏾🥹❤️🙏🏾 #Cabintrip #Spiritualretreat #RoseLake #Summer2026 #healingjourney
