I’ve seen so many miss diagnosed systems when all it needed was a good cleaning. 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #education #trades #repair

I still charged for the work I performed before this giant mishap. 😭 but I had to eat the refrigerant and my time. Mistakes happen. How will you handle it when they do? #hvac #hvactech #AirHeadNation #hvaclife #hvactechnician #trades #tradesman #apprentice #tradeswoman #tradeschool #genz #millennial #opportunity #youth

Don’t turn your own prejudices or biases against yourself. It’s a numbers game. Not everyone will bite. But the more you do the more you get back in return. 💯🥶 #hvac #tech #repair #education #trades

The in between season is among us. I hope yall were selling maintenance contracts. 💯🥶 #hvac #tech #repair #education #trades

As much as I enjoy being the hero it does come at a cost at times. 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #repair #education #trades

Photoelectric sensor- emmits an infrared light that when disrupted by smoke/object triggers an alarm or action. Don’t do what they did here if you want to keep the ac running. 💯🥶 #hvac #tech #repair #education #trades

It’s small, yet packs a punch, when you need it most it comes in clutch. And with the swivel head design, you can clip it to any hat and you are good to go. 💯🥶 @OLIGHT #Olight #Oclip2 #cliplight #Oclip2Ultra #EDCgear

It’s this type of work that makes our Industry look bad. And the fact that majority of the techs don’t have the spine to say or do anything about it. They talk big but act small… #hvac #tech #repair #education #trades

90% of techs wouldn’t have caught this problem. The other 10% are watching my videos. 😜 #hvac #tech #repair #education #trades

If you haven’t seen many new posts, I’ve taken a break. Between life, work, and keeping up with social media can be a lot. Appreciate all the support. I’ve also been working in the background to partner with brands to provide y’all with access to better tools at a better price. 💯🥶 #hvac #tech #repair #education #trades

Replying to @bigbossdawg2 They don’t want this smoke 💨 😂 #hvac #tech #repair #education #trades

Don’t rely on just your eyes. A thermal camera can help you solve problems that others can’t. 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #thermal #repair #education

Replying to @EL UY UY UY I chose to be a residential tech. But trust me if I dedicated the 16 years I have under my belt doing refrigeration, working on chillers, industrial, I will succeed at it because that’s who I am. And I know for a fact I would be better than you. Maybe not the best. But definitely better than you. 😉 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

Replying to @MichaelSoft HVAC/R You ain’t the first one who thought they knew better. And you won’t be the last one I’ll have to school either. You can go ahead and eat those words now… 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

This is getting out of hand. And 99% of home buyers don’t know any better because the realtor is so hungry for that sale they just push it on through. Then once you move in. You start finding all these issues. It’s easier to get it taken care of before closing, then to deal with it after. They want your money, and once they have it. They will make you wait. 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

Where is the quality inspection??? it’s getting ridiculous. #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

I always wonder what makes people qualified in the hvac world. All the different types of things we see. It makes you question how anyone gets a license these days… 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

I’m always surprised how long time goes by before someone starts to complain. Is it because the previous tenant was used to it. Or the new tenant experienced having a functional ac? 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

99% of techs are condemning the compressor to sell a new system. The other 1% are watching my videos. 😉 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

This is why it pays to be observant. Find all the issues the first time around. Don’t wait for the call back. If they don’t address it. That’s on them, it’s not your problem. 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

😂 please let me sleep all through the night… 😴 #hvac #tech #trades #humor #heat

It goes to show. Doesn’t matter if it’s a mansion or a small residential home. Someone will find some way of doing a bad job… it really is a shame. That people in this trade care more about promoting things that don’t do anything to improve their skills. And the one that gets left hanging is the customer. 😔 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

When you don’t look at the house as a whole you will never truly understand what it takes to make a home comfortable and efficient. 💯🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

Being able to sell your services is not a bad thing. Taking advantage of people is. Don’t get the two confused. 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

HVAC inspections are the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills. Find any and all issues. And provide a detailed report of your finding plus an opportunity to get paid to correct them all. 💯🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

I love to compete. I feel as if I’m in a league of my own though. No competition around. If y’all feel like you are better or know more. Please enlighten me. Let’s see those comments come to life. 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

Once you understand the true value of what it really takes to make a system perform. That’s when you will finally start to become a service tech. Until then your still someone who does HVAC for a job. To be the best you must learn from the best. Let’s keep growing and building. Drop a W in the comments if you have what it takes to become an elite service tech. 💯 😜 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

A true service tech knows the ins and outs of not just the equipment, but also how a home must function for the equipment to do its job. 💯 🥶 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education

Replying to @John Jackson Is it the way I look that makes people think they know better? Is it how I talk? What is it lmao 🤣 #hvac #tech #trades #repair #education
