Bin Boss Dumpster Software (@mybinboss)

Running a dumpster rental business isn’t easy. Long hours, chasing drivers, late invoices, missed swaps—trust us, we’ve been there. I’m Todd, owner of Pack Mule Dumpster Rentals. I built Bin Boss because I couldn’t find software that actually understood how this business runs. Bin Boss helps you streamline jobs, let customers book online, track everything in one place, and finally get paid faster. This isn’t just software. It’s the system I wish I had from day one. Your contractor calls again. Same company. Different jobsite. Same pricing arrangement. 🔨🚛   Why should your team rebuild the customer from scratch?   Bin Boss can keep multiple service addresses, placement notes, customer-specific pricing, weight rules, payment terms, and job history connected to that customer.   The next order starts with what you already know—not another round of questions. 🙌   Want to simplify repeat contractor orders? 📍 A street address gets your driver to the property.   It doesn’t tell them where the dumpster actually goes.   Bin Boss can give drivers saved placement notes and a satellite placement map right inside the job. So instead of calling the office—or guessing—they can see where the customer wants the container before they arrive. 🚛📱 Small detail. Much smoother delivery.   Want to see the driver workflow? The best software should make things easier for both sides of the transaction.   In Part 2 of our Dumpster Expo presentation, Jason walks through how Bin Boss connects the entire customer experience — from booking a dumpster online all the way through delivery, pickup and final invoicing.   ✅ Online booking with live availability ✅ Automated driver ETA texts ✅ Dumpster placement and delivery photos ✅ Driver workflows ✅ Automated review requests ✅ Overages and additional charges ✅ Automatic invoicing and cards on file   And what separates Bin Boss?   We actually run a dumpster company with it.   We're buying trucks, moving dumpsters, managing drivers, dealing with customers and solving the same problems our customers deal with every day.   We don't just build software for the industry. We live it.   #BinBossSoftware #DumpsterRentalSoftware #DumpsterExpo #RollOffSoftware #DumpsterBusiness

Why did a dumpster company decide to build software?   Because we were living the problems ourselves.   Todd started Pack Mule Dumpsters with just 6 dumpsters in 2022. Today, that operation has grown to 120 dumpsters — and along the way, we learned firsthand where dumpster rental software could be simpler, faster and better.   One of our biggest focuses from the beginning has been online ordering.   Less time answering the same questions. Less friction for the customer. More orders going directly from your website onto your calendar.   At the Dumpster Expo, we got the opportunity to share the story behind Bin Boss and why we built it the way we did.   Here's Part 1. 👇   #BinBossSoftware #DumpsterExpo #DumpsterRentalSoftware #DumpsterBusiness #RollOffSoftware
