Hi I’m obsessed with @Daily Provisions 🥰 #breakfastinnyc #travel #breakfast #nyc #nycfood

I lived in New York for a brief moment in time many years ago and haven’t been back since. It was so fun to have a quick trip up there with a friend who’s from there, she showed me all the best spots ☺️

My job took us on a 3 day company retreat in Fort Lauderdale and it was the best time ever. Currently having withdrawals 🥺 We ate, we drank, we laughed, we danced, we bonded. Genuinely how did I get so lucky to have a job that I love so much 😭💕 @Happy V

Finally tried the beef carpaccio from Buccan and it’s 100% worth the hype! So good 🤤

Going on first dates low-key feels like a humiliation ritual but here we are lol wish me luck 🥰 thank you @Lancôme for the amazing scent 🍒 #dating #wpb #westlalm

@valehealthykitchen in Delray was so good ☺️ their teriyaki noodle bowl was delicious and so filling! Pls open a location in west Palm 🩷 @Daniela Arroyave #westpalm #verity

It sucks when something doesn’t work out but you have to keep it moving. You can’t let yourself get stuck every time. I’m notorious for this - I take long breaks, I give up on dating, and I take a while to get over people. So this is something I’m actively working on within myself bc I want to…

I found this maple butter @Walmart and it’s so good, I’m obsessed. I will be drinking this every day until further notice 🤤 #maplebutter #maplebutterlatte #latte

Gym plus bagels, what more could I ask for 😌 @L’Oréal Paris @Kosas @IT Cosmetics @LaRochePosayUS @CeraVe @byoma @Walmart @Equinox @H&H Bagels @Summer Fridays

Lowkey freaked out after seeing the alligator which is why this ended so abruptly, I booked it back to the car 😂 but it was a nice little walk with Maya and I hit my steps! #vlog #westpalm

Bagels bring me so much happiness, especially when they’re this good. Go check out @H&H Bagels in the Nora District and try out their pumpernickel bagel, it’s so good and perfect for fall 🍂🥯 #westpalm #westpalmrec #bagels

October 1st is apparently the new January 1st and I’m fully embracing it 😂 If you’re trying to get back into a routine too, give yourself little things to look forward to. A good coffee, a workout you actually enjoy, a little treat after. Whatever makes getting out of bed feel a little easier. ☺️…

I just ended things with someone I was seeing bc I could tell the intention wasn’t fully there. So I figured it was the perfect time to share the list I use to recognize when someone is actually dating you intentionally 👀 Obviously every person and relationship is different, but these are the…

Furnished my living room with these Amazon finds for under $1,400! Here’s the breakdown (prices before tax): - Cloud couch + ottoman — $482.67 - Round coffee table — $125.99 - Large arched mirror — $107.99 - Faux olive tree — $59.99 - Dining table — $115.98 - Beige dining chairs, set of 2…

I work in social media marketing, so you’d think I’d be able to look at my own content and know exactly what I should be doing 😂 But sometimes when you’re so close to something, it’s really hard to look at it objectively. I’ve followed @ELLIE FRAZIER for years and have always really resonated with…

The perks of being a creator is you can justify anything if you turn it into content 🫣 so yes, I’m justifying my shopping habit by turning it into a content pillar of mine haha @TJ Maxx #tjmaxx #tjmaxxfinds #clothinghaul #tiktokgrowthchallenge

I’ve actually started taking this advice recently and here’s what I learned about it so far 👀 #dating

I bought everything I tried on plus a matching workout set too 🥰 obsessed with @TJ Maxx 🩷 #tjmaxx #tjmaxxfinds #clothinghaul #tryon

Tried the new fall flavors of my fave energy drink 🍂 it’s definitely giving fall with these two! #giftedbybloom, #bloomcrispapple @Bloom Nutrition

I feel like the reason we keep people alive in our minds and in our hearts is because we’re not ready to let go. And trust me, I have definitely been there. But I think it’s a good question to ask yourself - how much of this persons energy are you keeping present in your life? Especially if it’s…

It’s easy to say that dating sucks, everyone is shitty, men are trash, etc. but it is way more empowering to realize how much agency you have over your dating experience. You don’t have to accept or allow the shitty experiences just because it’s what’s common. And the more you stop allowing those…

Itinerary for your next night out in Jupiter: Tiki taxi cruise @Tiki taxi🍹 (only $10 to get on), Square Grouper, and Topside 🥂🌴 Such a fun night!! #jupiter #nightout #jupiterflorida

Some random thoughts about being 30 and living on my own in south florida. Genuinely love this chapter of my life 🥰 @L’Oréal Paris @loréal paris usa @IT Cosmetics @rhode skin @Kosas #grwm #Lifestyle #jupiter #westpalm

Sometimes it feels like you can only see someone through the pain they caused you but I think it’s also good to acknowledge the good things about them (as long as it doesn’t keep you stuck). #dating #breakups

Add this spot to your Monday night plans if you like oysters!! So good and the tacos were amazing too ☺️ #westpalm #westpalmbeach

Someone needs to take away my debit card asap bc I can’t stop @Marshalls 🫣 that polka dot dress?! Yep you’re coming home with me lol which one is your fave?? #marshalls #tryon #shopping

This may be a hot take 🫣 but I think the early days are all about observing a man and seeing how much effort he’s willing to put in. I think it really shows you his intentionality and capacity. What do you think? Top is from @target #dating

What better way to spend a rainy afternoon than trying the new chicken & waffles from @Chick-fil-A 🍗🧇 Sooo good wow I give it a 9/10 honestly. Next time I want to try the s’mores latte but a less sweet version! #chickfila #chickenandwaffles
