Join us at the Little Elm Fall Festival as lesbian moms with a toddler 🎃 🍁 Nothing says Texas like a fall festival in 96 degree weather, but here we are 😂 Thankfully, it was pretty overcast which made the heat a little more tolerable. The strawberry lemonades also helped! We had also planned to visit the Plano Balloon Festival on Saturday but the way that blazing sun was set up…we had to give it a miss. Let’s build a beginner-friendly sensory table! I’d searched high and low for a sensory table with built in storage that still fit within our budget with no luck. SO I took this as my sign from the universe that I needed to dust off my power tools and build one 😉 We’ve already gotten so many hours of screen-free play out of this. Last week, we had Sutton’s first dental checkup and it was a huge success! 🦷 We specifically chose More than Smiles Pediatric Dentistry because of the reviews and I can confirm they DO live up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, we could tell they truly care about the kids and making them feel comfortable and safe. Sutton did great letting them look in her mouth and Dr Goodall confirmed she has 16(!!) beautiful little teeth. We did get a gentle reminder that milk causes cavities and we’re still very guilty of letting her have milk before bed.
