Pilates taught me some LESSONS my friends.. I never even gave it a second thought. I was always into lifting and building muscle mass and when I wanted to lean out, I turned to my diet… I’ll let you in on a little secret.. Pilates style training changes the game when it comes to building LEAN muscle, maintaining a healthy weight without having to become too extreme in your diet and it leaves you feeling POWERFUL in a way I never believed possible until I felt it myself #pilatesfusion #pilatesstrength #strengthtraining #workoutroutine

When trying to focus more on glutes, this move is going to make you feel the burn immediately as you are doing it, but will also leave you feeling that strengthen your glutes the following day and by the placement of where you feel the soreness, you will understand how it is actually targeting your glutes in the best way.
