Have you seen the Black-breasted buzzard in action at the @alicespringsdesertpark? 🦅💥🍳 They use their instinctual behaviour (and a little creativity) to crack into Emu eggs when they come across an unprotected nest. This river causeway across the East Alligator River is a hotspot where saltwater crocodiles gather to feast on mullet and barramundi as the tide rolls in, covering the road into #ArnhemLand. For all the four-wheel drive enthusiasts planning to brave the crossing, remember to check the tides and get a permit from the Northern Land Council. This crossing leads into Aboriginal land, so permission is a must.
