Self-Hatred. Simple enough to think about, more complicated to experience. It's more than being upset with yourself after an argument or a mistake. A person with true self-hatred will wake up in the morning with the feeling of disgust. They crave attention, love and friendship... but feel as though they deserve none of it. The smallest mistakes will begin to define them. They can't tell whether the way they feel is justified or unfair towards themselves. They look at themselves in the mirror and feel disgusted... not because of how they look, but because of what's inside them. It is a feeling that will take control over your entire life and leave you stranded in the back of your own mind. @Faas @Mashi @Pulse Mist @Blessed @jawlei @infictix @Ginja #rocketleague #fyp #mentalhealth #selfhatred

The feeling of emptiness. It's not as simple as just "feeling nothing". Things that used to be important to you now no longer cross your mind. You feel disconnected from the people who once brought you comfort. Days begin to blur together, as if you're watching your own life from afar. You may laugh, you may talk, you may continue to live your life as though you are completely fine. However, beneath all of that... something is missing that you cannot quite explain. It could be loneliness, exhaustion, grief, disappointment, or longing. It can be difficult to describe, because how do you describe the absence of feeling itself? #rocketleague #fyp #mentalhealth #numb #empty @Faas @Mashi @Pulse Mist @Blessed @jawlei @infictix @Ginja

You are your worst enemy. Your brain will stop you from helping yourself. It will stop you from getting sleep. It will stop you from being open with people. The biggest fight you will ever have is the one you have with yourself. Some people win their fight, while other's continue to fall victim to the entity inside their head. Those people will feel hopeless, stuck and exhausted. They will beg for it to be over, for something to make it all stop. They will feel trapped in a prison where they are their own warden, constantly asking themselves... "How do I ignore myself?" #rocketleague #fyp #MentalHealth @Faas @Mashi @Pulse Mist @Blessed @jawlei @infictix @Ginja

The Floater Friend. This person moves comfortably between multiple friend groups. They are liked by many, but chosen by none. They are always present, but never invited. They laugh at inside jokes when they don't really understand them. They ask "what happened?" because they weren't there with the rest of group. They find out about plans after they're made. They get along with everyone, but they are never the first choice. They begin to doubt themselves because nobody did anything wrong. Was it them? Were they too quiet, or were they too loud? Did they message too much, or not enough? Did they say the wrong thing without realising? The truth is, they didn't do anything wrong. It's nobody's fault, but that doesn't really change anything... does it? #rocketleague #fyp #floaterfreind #rocketleagueclips #MentalHealth @Faas @Mashi @Pulse Mist @Blessed @jawlei @infictix @Ginja

This is my last post for a while. My mental hasn’t been the greatest recently and rocket league isn’t helping with that. I apologise if I’ve been rude to you in any way shape or form. To anyone who is waiting for an edit from me I would like to ask that you find somebody else. I’ve been overwhelmimg myself with editing for like everyone who asks and it’s not healthy for me. Thank you those who I opened up to in DMs about this.
