From Tai Chi and sunrise running to SUP paddling and outdoor aerobics, morning exercise around West Lake (Hồ Tây) is the ultimate Hanoian ritual. Nothing beats finishing a workout with a fresh Cà phê sữa đá as the sun comes up! ☕️🇻🇳 📍 West Lake, Hanoi, Vietnam #HoTay #WestLakeHanoi #HanoiMorning #VietnamTravel #HanoiFitness

The final runners at the Sydney Marathon may have received the best finish-line welcome of all! The volunteers danced, cheered and gave playful finger-gun salutes as the runners crossed the line. A beautiful reminder that every finisher deserves to be celebrated. 🏃‍♂️🎉👏 #SydneyMarathon #EveryRunnerCounts #LastRunnerBestWelcome #MarathonSpirit #FinishLineMoments

The best and hardest parts of the marathon were watching the elite runners race past and later seeing the sweepers collect those who couldn’t meet the cut-off time. #SydneyMarathon #MarathonDay #EliteRunners #MarathonJourney #RunningCommunity

My husband and I had massive Sydney Marathon FOMO, so we did the only reasonable thing: signed up to volunteer so we could scream at strangers for 5 hours straight. 📣 Honestly? 10/10 hack. We got all the high-energy marathon vibes and zero of the 42km chafing. #SydneyMarathon #VolunteerLife #FOMO #CheerSquad #AllTheVibesZeroChafing
