Fun fact: ‘Pecan Lodge’ is named after Justin’s grandfather’s ranch in Abilene – NOT because we use pecan wood in our smokers. ”One-Third Oak and Two-Thirds Hickory Lodge” doesn’t have quite the same ring to it.

What made Pecan Lodge famous? Most folks would say our legendary beef ribs. They’re seasoned, smoked, and always rubbed the right way. And at up to 2 lbs. each, they might just be the heaviest hitters on our entire menu. ⚠️ Pro tip: they’re usually the first thing to sell out, so come for lunch if you don’t want to miss out.
