✨ Two years of flow this October! ⭐️ When I moved to Peoria in the fall of 2024, I didn’t have many friends yet, and this silly little napkin brought me so much peace. 🥹💫 What started as something fun to play with has turned into so much more than I ever expected. Flow arts challenge me, get me moving, give me a way to express myself, and have brought so many wonderful people into my life. I’m incredibly thankful I found @illinois_flowmies and have a community where I can connect with others, share my love of flow, and express myself at shows. ❤️‍🔥 I bought this black-and-white star for my birthday in February 2025 my second star after starting and I’m still finding new ways to play with it. There’s always something new to learn, a new trick to try, and another way to let the flow take you somewhere unexpected. If there’s one thing these past two years have taught me, it’s DON’T GIVE UP! Progress takes time, growth isn’t always linear, and there’s always more to discover. Here’s to two years of learning, flowing, finding my people, and so much more to come. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me! ⭐️ #FlowArts #Flowstar #Flowmies #IllinoisFlowmies #FlowJourney

Labor Day Flow • Love matching my star to the album cover 🧡💜💛 Was so sad because I thought I took like five videos this day, was flowing my heart out, but each video besides this one only caught like 4 seconds each of the, hate when that happens 😭 Guess you'll have to wait to see my new Forever Flow star in all its glory another time I wanted to stock up on drafts, because there's a lot going on in my life, trying to find a cheaper place to live while juggling this world has been tough, and I'm really sad to be leaving this apartment where I first learned to flow As always keep supporting me by using code PENNYFLOWS for your next bright and beautiful Forever Flow ⭐️ #flowstar #flowmie #foreverflow #life #itiswhatitis
