Everything I use to light my cooking videos, starting with the hair light, this is just the light that's built into the ceiling of my kitchen. And next will add my key light. This is the Amaran 200X and attached to it I have an Aperture Lantern Softbox. So this is typically the lighting setup that I would use to film a majority of my cooking content. However, if I was filming a brand deal, I would end up adding a second light, which is gonna give us much more even lighting across my face in the whole entire kitchen. The second light is an Amaran 100 X S, and attached to it is another aperture Lantern Softbox. I like using two lights for brandals because it's just kinda safe because everything is nice and evenly lit. One light that I recently added to the kitchen is the one behind me in that is the M C. Pro, and I just have it magnetized to the bottom of my range. I like having that light behind me because it helps separate me from the background of my kitchen. And if I wanted to, I could even change the color temperature of that light to make it pop. And all of this is being controlled by the app right here on my phone. So if you're wondering how I lit my kitchen, now you know.
