Some of our PVF family #pasifikavibesfestival2026

My predicted Toa Samoa 19 🇼🇸🔥 Sua at the back, Hammer and Critta in the centres—strike across the park. To’o and Marzhew powering out of our own end, Luai and CHT steering the attack, and Ioelu at dummy-half. Paulo and Molo lay the platform, McEwen and Manuleleua work the edges, and Jazz holds the middle. Leniu brings punch off the bench, Mariota and Lemuelu add fresh legs, and Faulalo provides cover. Mariner and Tago are ready in reserve. Who’s in your 19? 🇼🇸. @Sammy Lux @♣️ ALUKAY 🐢☠️

Homemade Quiche Easy to make and very delicious, give it a go. Perfect if your wanting a light meal or for school/work lunches. You can use whatever vegies of your preference. Ingredients: 12 eggs, 2 chopped tomatoes, chopped up spring onion, 200 grams of chopped ham, 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 cups of cheese, 1/4 cup of self raising flour, @theuncooluncle1 @Sammy Lux 300 mls milk, half a cup of cream, salt and pepper. Mix well in a large bowl, pour mixture in a baking dish. Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 220. This will feed 6-7 people or you freeze any leftovers. Enjoy
