a one-hour meeting with eight people isn't an hour. it's a day of focused work fractured across eight calendars ⏳ #productivity #meetings #worksmarter #leadership

Just a casual Tuesday on my way to a business development event for work. Nothing special but the coffee was good, and it was fun to be in the city. Count your blessings hey? #romanticizeyourlife

Truly in awe of the ambassadors who shared stories at the all hands: Jerwin, Abe and Yina. I truly feel deeply connected to everyone, sad it's ending, grateful I got to be here. After party was fuuun. Now cookies and bed 🫶 @notion #notion #notioncommunity #sanfrancisco

Summit diary, Day 3: Notion HQ. Day one of the Summit is done. Met more ambassadors and Notinos, talked about the future, and learnt a lot. The best part is the connections I’ve made 🫶 @Notion #notion #notioncommunity #sanfrancisco

Summit diary, Day 2: Brunch with other ambassadors, some cowork time, a cable car in search of a Golden Gate Bridge view (very limited success), and a driverless car that felt very future. Summit starts tomorrow. Eeeee! @notionhq #notion #notioncommunity #sanfrancisco

Summit diary, Day 1: Melbourne to San Francisco, checking in, SFMOMA, shopping, a walk up a hill, and a sunset cocktail. Then the part I flew 16 hours for: meeting other Notion ambassadors in person! @Notion #notion #notioncommunity #sanfrancisco

you’re not procrastinating, you’re stuck on task initiation 🧠 it’s the gap between reading a task and knowing how to start it. the fix? write one specific first action the moment you add the task. ‘work on the proposal’ becomes ‘open the brief and highlight the key requirements.’ next step nudge is a free notion agent that writes that first action into your task #adhd #productivity #taskinitiation #adhdtok #notion

your day plan didn’t fail. it never fit. 🗓️ one primary task, two secondary, everything else gets a future date (not “later”). plus a 20% buffer for being a human. reality check is a free notion agent that does it for you #productivitytips #notion #worklifebalance #timemanagement #planningtips

your task list disagrees with your priorities and the task list is winning 📋 the proposal stuck at 80% is the revenue work. it’s also the thing you keep avoiding. three questions close the gap. The tasks draining you aren’t the hard ones. They’re the ones where you haven’t decided what done looks like, or at least figured out the smallest next step. #productivity #clarity #overwhelm #producingparadise
