The second child doesn’t arrive by chance ✨ In many family systems, they bring an energy that seeks to return joy, softness, and connection to mom’s heart. They don’t come to fix wounds, but to remind the family of the love that was interrupted 🧡 From a Family Constellations perspective, their soul is often more closely tied to the maternal lineage and, without realizing it, they may step into emotional roles that don’t belong to them. When the bond is brought back into order, not only is the child freed… the mother and the entire system are freed too 🕊️ If this resonated with you and you’d like to go deeper, download my self-constellation guide from the link in my profile. #familyconstellations #healinggenerations #motherchildbond #ancestralhealing #breakthepattern

💔 Some losses are never spoken about. Not because they don’t hurt, but because people feel they aren’t allowed to grieve them. There are no accepted words, no rituals, no collective embrace. Just an unspoken expectation to move on, not look back and carry on as if nothing happened. But emotions don’t simply obey commands, and silence doesn’t erase what we feel. From the perspective of Family Constellations, a pregnancy that ends may leave a meaningful emotional experience, whether it was planned or unplanned, ended naturally or through a decision or medical necessity. Sometimes, unresolved grief shows up as guilt, a sadness we can’t explain, difficulty enjoying life or fear of opening ourselves up again. Not every feeling means we did something wrong. Sometimes, we simply haven’t had the space to acknowledge what the experience meant to us. Family Constellations invites us to look at our family stories with compassion, without judging the circumstances or comparing one person’s grief with another’s. ✨ A healing phrase to reflect on: “I see you. I acknowledge that you were part of my story. I give you a place in my heart without carrying the weight of what happened. I honour what was, and allow myself to continue living my own life.” Healing is not about justifying or condemning. It’s about acknowledging your feelings, making room for grief and allowing yourself to move forward without shame. 📖 In Breaking Patterns, you’ll find practical self-constellation exercises to explore family patterns and emotional burdens with greater awareness and compassion. 🧠 Not all guilt comes from something we did. Sometimes, it comes from a story that was never given space to be acknowledged. Within a family, certain losses remain unspoken. The feelings surrounding them may be hidden away, even when they continue to matter. From the perspective of Family Constellations, acknowledging these experiences can be a way of making peace with the past. Not by judging the choices made, but by recognising the emotions, circumstances and relationships involved. A pregnancy that ends can carry a different meaning for every person. There is no single way to grieve, and no one should have to justify their experience to deserve compassion. ✨ Sometimes, moving forward begins with allowing ourselves to look back. When we give difficult experiences space in our personal story, we can explore our feelings without shame and choose how we want to live today. And when a second child arrives, they bring their own unique place in the family. They don’t need to repair the past or carry anyone else’s grief. They deserve to live their own story, free to be themselves. 💬 Are you the second-born child in your family? What place do you feel you hold in your family story? #FamilyConstellations #FamilyPatterns #GenerationalHealing #EmotionalHealing #InnerWork 🧡

The more you explode over little things and the harder it is for you to let your guard down, the more you may be carrying an unhealed wound connected to Dad. 🧠 Sometimes, a woman who reacts strongly to small things isn’t responding only to what’s happening in the present. She may have learned as a little girl to stay on guard because she didn’t feel the emotional security she needed from her father. When a girl feels she has to defend herself alone, she may grow up believing that vulnerability is dangerous. As an adult, she may struggle to lower her guard, trust her partner, or express her feelings without becoming defensive. Perhaps that anger is protecting the little girl who once didn’t know how to ask for help. But today, you can begin to understand her story without allowing it to keep directing your relationships. Healing doesn’t mean justifying every reaction or blaming Dad for everything. It means understanding where some wounds come from and learning new ways to relate to yourself and others. 🪞 ✨ Try this exercise: Find a quiet moment, take a deep breath, and repeat these words: “Dad, I acknowledge what I needed from you and what hurt me. I acknowledge the little girl who learned to protect herself and stay strong. Today, I am an adult, and I can learn to respond from my present rather than feeling I have to defend myself against everything. I allow myself to lower my guard, express what I feel, and build relationships where I can feel safe, too.” If you feel that wounds from your family history are still affecting your relationships, my Breaking Patterns workbook can guide you in exploring and understanding these patterns. There are families where there were never emotional wounds, only people who were “too sensitive.” There was never abandonment, only a need to “move on.” There was never deep sadness, only a need to “be strong.” There were never family patterns, only “bad luck.” And there were never inherited burdens, only people who “always attracted the same problems.” 🧠 Sometimes, what you’ve spent years calling “my personality,” “my character,” or “I’ve always been this way” may have much deeper roots than you imagine. From a Family Constellations perspective, some of our fears, emotional blocks, and relationship patterns may be connected to family stories and invisible loyalties passed down through generations. Healing doesn’t mean blaming your family or staying trapped in the past. It means recognizing what you’re still carrying, what you keep repeating, and what you no longer want to pass on. Because understanding your story doesn’t change your past, but it can change the course of your future. 🪞 📖 If you’re ready to explore your family patterns, my Breaking Patterns workbook guides you step by step through practical self-constellation exercises. ✨ If your child was born on the 22nd, remember this: this number is symbolically associated with the ability to build, create stability, and turn big projects into reality. Those who identify with the energy of 22 may feel a strong need to achieve something important. And although they may appear calm or reserved on the outside, inside they may experience a lot of pressure to move forward, do everything right, and avoid failure. But there is something else worth observing from a Family Constellations perspective: the fears, sacrifices, and responsibilities repeated throughout a family lineage can influence the way we raise our children and what they learn to carry emotionally. That’s why you should teach your child that they don’t need to be perfect, solve adults’ problems, or carry their family’s suffering to prove their worth. 🪞 Sometimes, breaking a family pattern begins when we recognize what we have learned and decide not to keep passing it on. ✨ If you want to start identifying these patterns in your family history, my digital book Breaking Patterns can guide you through that process. 🤍 THE CHILD BORN BY C-SECTION CAME TO REWRITE THE HISTORY OF THE FAMILY LINEAGE. From the perspective of Family Constellations, our birth story can invite us to explore the experiences, stories, and patterns that have shaped previous generations. Being born by C-section is also part of that story and can become an opportunity to look at the past from a different perspective. Perhaps the women in your family had to be strong all the time, mothers sacrificed everything for their children, or generations learned to live through struggle and self-denial. Looking at these stories doesn’t mean you’re destined to repeat them. It means you can recognize them and choose a different way of living. Honoring your lineage doesn’t mean carrying its pain. It means acknowledging where you come from without giving up your freedom to build your own path. ✨ A reflection exercise: “I honor my birth story and am grateful for the life that reached me. I acknowledge those who came before me, but I allow myself to walk my own path. I don’t need to repeat their suffering to belong. Today, I choose a story with more freedom, love, and peace.” If you want to explore the family patterns that may be influencing your life and understand which burdens you need to stop repeating, my Breaking Patterns workbook can guide you through that process. 📖 Head to the link in my bio to find Breaking Patterns and begin your healing journey #FamilyConstellations #FamilyLineage #FamilyPatterns #GenerationalHealing #AncestralHealing

🏆 The trophy daughter: the girl who learned she had to achieve to be worthy of love. She became the best student, the successful professional, the one who never failed. Everyone was proud of her achievements. But who was she allowed to be when she wasn’t achieving anything? When a child learns that love comes through performance, perfection can become a way of trying to feel worthy. Rest feels like failure. Mistakes feel like rejection. And no achievement ever seems to be enough. Because deep down, she may still be trying to prove that she deserves to be loved. 🪞 But your worth was never meant to depend on what you achieve. You can slow down. You can make mistakes. You can choose a life that belongs to you, rather than one built around everyone else’s expectations. You don’t have to keep earning the love you needed as a child. 🧡 That’s why I created Breaking Patterns, a Family Constellations journal with practical exercises to help you recognise the family patterns you keep repeating, explore their origins, and begin releasing the burdens you no longer need to carry. 🧠 What if it isn’t love… but the wound of a little girl who was desperate for Dad to stay? When Dad didn’t know how to stay, something broke inside your heart. You learned to stay where it hurts. To give too much. To work hard for love. Without ever knowing if it would be enough to be chosen. And today, without realizing it, you may repeat that wound in your relationships. You’re attracted to men who are there… but don’t stay. Who come close… but don’t hold you. Who won’t let you go… but don’t truly choose you. Not because you don’t know how to love. But because there is a little girl inside you who is still waiting. Waiting for Dad to see her, choose her… and this time, stay. 🪞 Healing your relationship with Dad means no longer searching in love for what he wasn’t able to give you. It means releasing the burden of what never was, so you can stop choosing from your wound. And when your heart is finally free, love that chooses you, cares for you, and stays… can finally enter your life. 🧡 👉🏽 If you saw yourself in this video and want to heal this invisible wound, my Breaking Patterns self-constellation workbook can guide you through exploring and healing these wounds so they stop affecting your life today. ⚠️ Your excess weight isn’t only physical. Here’s what I mean: Not every change in weight is about food. Sometimes, it can also be connected to a need for protection. From a systemic perspective, excess weight associated with an excess of masculine energy can be explored as an unconscious need to protect yourself, resist, control, or carry too much. Masculine energy is associated with action, control, struggle, and direction. When it becomes unbalanced, the body can symbolically become a form of armor. Many times, it can be connected to family stories where: • You had to be strong too soon. • There was attack, abandonment, or insecurity. • You learned that you had to defend yourself alone. And without realizing it, your body may have started to “grow” as a symbolic form of protection. Both men and women have feminine and masculine energy. Inner balance can help us live with greater harmony. Our family history can unconsciously express itself through our emotions, behaviors, and the way we inhabit our bodies. Healing invisible loyalties, recognizing wounds, and returning burdens that do not belong to us can help us begin our own story from a healthier place. 🧠 This exercise connects with deep emotions and information from the unconscious. You can repeat it for 21 days as a practice of reflection and to create a new mental habit. 📖 If you’re ready to go deeper and work on the root of your family patterns, find my Breaking Patterns self-constellation guide through the link in my profile and begin your healing process. 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #GenerationalHealing #FamilyPatterns #EmotionalHealing #innerchild

Many people reach adulthood feeling exhausted without understanding why. And it's not always because of everything they do. Sometimes it's because of everything they carry. They carry their parents' worries, their partner's problems, their children's emotions, the family's expectations, and the responsibility for everyone being okay. Over time, living this way becomes normal. So normal that they forget to ask themselves: Which part of all this truly belongs to me? From a systemic perspective, we often occupy places that aren't ours out of love, loyalty, or the need to belong. We try to save, solve, hold, and protect those we love. But when you carry what belongs to others, you end up drifting away from your own life. Healing also means learning to give back. 🤲 Give back responsibilities. Give back burdens. Give back stories that aren't yours. And keep only what truly belongs to you. 🌿 Because love is not measured by how much you suffer or how much you carry. Healthy love knows how to accompany without sacrificing itself. If you realized you've spent too long holding what doesn't belong to you, in my workbook Breaking Patterns you'll find self-constellation exercises to identify family burdens, understand their origin, and begin releasing them in a conscious way. Have you ever wondered why so many women in the same family develop thyroid problems? The thyroid is often related to the way we live time and to the burdens we carry on our shoulders. There are women who always live accelerated, feeling that they must solve everything, take care of everyone, and be responsible for what happens around them. Others live exhausted, without energy, as if it were hard for them to move forward or find their own rhythm. In many family systems we find stories of women who had to mature too soon, raise siblings, support the family financially, and survive losses, wars, migrations, or situations of great suffering. They often learned to keep going without stopping to feel, to ask for help, or to express what they needed. From a systemic perspective, later generations can develop unconscious loyalties to those stories. Without realizing it, they repeat the rush, the overload, the sacrifice, or the habit of staying silent about what they feel. This doesn't mean the thyroid has a single cause, nor does it replace medical care. But for many people, exploring their family history allows them to better understand certain patterns that repeat in their lives. ✨ If you feel like you carry a rhythm that isn't yours, that you're always rushing, or that you've spent years holding more than your share, in Breaking Patterns, my self-constellation workbook, you'll find exercises to explore these family dynamics and work through them in greater depth. 📖 The link is in my bio 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #GenerationalHealing #AncestralHealing #WomenHealing #HealingJourney

Letting Go of Your Son 🧠 The day your son stops hugging you is the day you shouldn't start chasing him. Around puberty, a boy turns toward his father's world. It can feel like a breakup, and most mums are never warned. In family constellations, this is part of the natural order. But when a mother holds on, a son can end up carrying her needs instead of his own life. Becoming full on your own is how you let him go with your blessing. 🌱 💬 Comment "FULL" on Instagram and I'll send you the first step to letting your son go without losing him. 🧡 If you're watching on Facebook or TikTok, head over to @restoringbonds on Instagram and comment "FULL" to receive it. #FamilyConstellations #ConsciousParenting #MothersAndSons #GenerationalHealing #emotionalhealing

Where the Fire Started 🧠 Your father's anger didn't start with him. It started with a man you probably never met. He may have been in the house, but never really saw you. No "how are you?" No "I'm proud of you." And chances are, nobody ever asked him either. Pain like that doesn't stay in one house. It moves down a family, one generation to the next, until someone is willing to turn and face it. In family constellations, we often see children carrying what their parents never healed, out of loyalty and without even knowing it. If you grew up longing for a father's attention, that longing was never about you. You don't have to keep carrying it. 🌱 👇 Head to the pinned comment to get my guide and begin healing the dad who was never really there. 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #FatherWound #GenerationalHealing #innerchild

The Person Most at Risk 🧠 The person most at risk of depression in the family is not who you think. They watch their parents struggle, so they learn the burden of true responsibility at a young age. At ten, they're feeding the kids because Mum is working late. At twelve, they're fixing broken toys, but they're not Dad. In family constellations, this is called being out of order: a child takes the place of the adult and carries what was never theirs to carry. It looks like maturity, but it costs them. And when they finally break, no one notices, because they've always been the strong one. This person is the eldest daughter. 💛 If that's you, you no longer need to carry this alone. 🌱 💬 Comment "ELDEST" on Instagram and I'll send you everything you need to begin breaking the cycle. 🧡 If you're watching on Facebook or TikTok, head over to @restoringbonds on Instagram and comment "ELDEST" to receive it. #FamilyConstellations #EldestDaughter #GenerationalHealing #InnerChild #emotionalhealing

CAPTION: Do you feel like you're doing everything you can, but money never quite flows? ✨ From the perspective of family constellations, some blocks with abundance can come from the lineage because, without realizing it, we may repeat beliefs, fears, and unconscious loyalties that we learned from our parents, grandparents, or earlier generations. Sometimes we inherit the way our family lived with money: times of scarcity, losses, debts, sacrifices, or beliefs like "money costs a lot" or "having too much brings problems." That's why this water and salt ritual can be used as a symbolic act to acknowledge and let go of those burdens. 💬 Comment "IT IS DONE" if you're going to do it, and save this video to repeat it whenever you need it. If you feel like money isn't enough, that no matter how much you work abundance doesn't arrive, or that something seems to be blocking your business, perhaps you're being loyal, without knowing it, to a family story related to scarcity, losses, or money. 📖 In my book Breaking Patterns, I teach you how to recognize those loyalties, understand where they come from, and begin freeing yourself from the patterns you've been carrying, to open yourself to a different relationship with abundance. Your hands may be telling you a story that isn't yours. ✋ In family constellations, the body is read as a language. And the hands, the ones that give, hold, and carry, often show what the lineage never resolved: 🤲 Cold hands 🤲 Stiffness or pain 🤲 Dryness 🤲 Brittle nails 🤲 Excessive sweating Each one can be read symbolically as a burden from the women in your family: losses, guilt, abandonment, and silences nobody named and someone had to carry. 🧠 Some mothers feel that if they aren’t watching everything, something bad will happen. They check. They anticipate. They correct. They prevent. They solve. And many times, they believe this means they simply love their children too much. But sometimes, behind that need for control is a little girl who learned that the world wasn’t safe and that no one was going to protect her. So you do for your children what you wish someone had done for you: you try to protect them from every possible pain. But your children don’t need a life without pain. They need to learn that they can move through difficult moments and still be safe. 🧠 Some women learned to call themselves “strong” when what they really learned was how to survive. Not to ask. Not to depend. Not to show how much they need. Because when you didn’t feel protected as a little girl, depending on someone can start to feel dangerous. And that way of protecting yourself doesn’t disappear when you grow up. It can show up in your relationships, in your difficulty receiving, in your need to have everything under control, and in the feeling that if you don’t do it, no one will. You don’t always need to learn how to be stronger. Sometimes, you need to stop living as if you still have to protect yourself alone. 💬 If this story feels familiar, go to @Restoringbonds on instagram and comment “HEAL” and I’ll show you where to start. 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #InnerChild #ChildhoodWounds #FatherWound #EmotionalHealing

👀 The younger sister is often seen as the favorite—but what if there’s something behind that role that nobody sees? She may seem like the happiest, lightest, most carefree one in the family. But sometimes, that smile can hide a little girl who learned to stay quiet, avoid conflict, and make herself easy to love. She arrived into a family that already had its own stories, wounds, tensions, and unspoken emotions. And without anyone asking her to, she may have learned to become “the good one”—the one who doesn’t cause problems, doesn’t complain, and keeps the peace. From a Family Constellations perspective, children can become deeply connected to emotions and dynamics that existed before they were even born. 🌳 But being the favorite doesn’t mean you have to carry the family’s pain. You were never born to fill someone else’s emptiness. You were born to take your place, live your own story, and allow everyone else to carry what belongs to them. 💬 Comment “CONSTELLATION” on Instagram and I’ll send you the exercise to begin healing from your true place. 🧡 If you’re watching on Facebook or TikTok, head over to @restoringbonds on Instagram and comment “CONSTELLATION” to receive the exercise. #FamilyConstellations #SiblingRoles #FamilyPatterns #InnerChildHealing #generationalhealing

🌳 Did you know you could be the double of someone in your family tree? In Family Constellations, doubles are believed to reveal deep connections, repeated patterns, and even emotional burdens we may carry without realizing it. There are two ways to discover whether you are a double of someone in your family tree: 1. By birth date If you share the same day and month with a family member, you are considered doubles. 2. By conception date Count nine months back from your birth date, then add and subtract ten days. If someone in your family was born within that range, they may also be considered your double. Example 1: If you were born on March 22, your estimated conception date would be June 22 of the previous year. Step 1: Subtract 9 months → June 22 Step 2: Add and subtract 10 days → June 12 to July 2 If someone in your family was born between June 12 and July 2, they would be considered your double. Example 2: If you were born on October 10, your estimated conception date would be January 10 of the same year. Step 1: Subtract 9 months → January 10 Step 2: Add and subtract 10 days → December 31 to January 20 If someone in your family was born between December 31 and January 20, they would be considered your double. It can be that simple: look at the dates, and you may discover more than one double in your family tree. 🔎 👉🏽 Tell me in the comments what you found when you looked at your family dates. 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #FamilyTree #GenerationalPatterns #AncestralHealing #familyhealing

✨ Was your child born on the 8th or 26th? They may be a STAR CHILD. Children born on these dates are often said to carry a different kind of energy. They can naturally attract attention and respect, and they may be especially sensitive to how others treat them. From a numerological and spiritual perspective, these numbers can be associated with leadership, influence, ambition, and a strong presence. 🔢 Some may show natural talents in speaking, acting, music, business, or even finance. That’s why, from an early age, it can be valuable to teach them about respect, fairness, responsibility, and how to handle money. And remember: numbers are guides, not limitations. ⚠️ When every conversation with your partner turns into a war, the reaction may be connected to something much deeper than the argument. You may only be asking for connection, understanding, and to feel heard. But instead of having a conversation, he becomes defensive, angry, shuts down, or treats your words like an attack. Sometimes, this reaction didn’t begin in the relationship. It may come from a little boy who learned that expressing emotions was dangerous—that speaking up could lead to punishment, rejection, or silence. So he learned to survive instead of feel. And now, as an adult, he may confuse dialogue with attack and love with demands. 🧠 Understanding where that reaction comes from doesn’t excuse hurtful behavior. It means looking at the wound underneath it and learning to communicate, connect, and respond from a more conscious place. 📖 If you recognize this pattern in your relationship, discover Loving from the Wound through the link in my profile. 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #RelationshipPatterns #EmotionalMaturity #ChildhoodWounds #EmotionalHealing

✨ When a baby is born into a family, they may bring a purpose that no one can see yet. Every baby arrives with a place within the story of their family. Even when their arrival wasn’t planned, came as a surprise, or happened at an unexpected moment, their presence can still hold meaning within the family system. From a Family Constellations perspective, that little soul may bring something that only time will reveal—moving old stories, bringing awareness, creating reconciliation, changing structures, or shifting patterns that have been repeated for generations. 🌳 So if a baby is arriving in your family, remember: their arrival has a place within the story of your family tree. Every soul arrives with a divine purpose and never chooses the wrong family. 📲 If you know someone who is expecting a baby, share this message with them. 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #PregnancyJourney #NewBaby #FamilyPatterns #GenerationalHealing

🫂 The daughter who is always angry with her mother is not necessarily a bad daughter. Sometimes, the anger is carrying years of sadness, disappointment, frustration, and things she never felt safe enough to say. She may talk back, argue over everything, become defensive, or choose silence instead of spending time with her mother. And from the outside, people may call her rude, cold, ungrateful, or problematic. But what they don’t see is the little girl who may have grown up feeling alone—even with her mother right there. A daughter who wanted to trust her mother but felt judged, criticized, compared, or invalidated whenever she tried to express how she felt. Understanding the wound doesn’t mean excusing disrespect or hurtful behavior. It means looking beneath the reaction and asking what has been hurting for so long. 🪞 💬 Comment “MOM” and I’ll send you an exercise to begin healing this relationship from a more conscious place. 🧡 If you’re watching on Facebook or TikTok, head over to @restoringbonds on Instagram and comment “MOM” to receive the exercise. #FamilyConstellations #MotherDaughterRelationship #MotherWounds #InnerChildHealing #EmotionalHealing

⚠️ Did you know that an abortion that occurred in your family could be blocking your abundance? If your mother lost a child before you were born and never had the chance to grieve that loss, that life may have been left without a place in the family story. From a Family Constellations perspective, when an unborn child is not acknowledged, the next child may unconsciously carry emotions or burdens connected to that sibling. You might feel like you can’t find your place, that something is holding you back, or that you’re carrying something you can’t explain. You may even be occupying a place in the family that was never yours to carry. 🌳 But you were never meant to carry someone else’s absence. Acknowledging an unborn sibling can be a way of giving them their place and allowing you to return to yours. In this perspective, restoring that order may help create space for love, abundance, and peace to flow more freely. 📖 If you want to explore these family patterns and learn tools to reclaim your place, download my free guide. 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #PregnancyLoss #FamilyPatterns #GenerationalHealing #ancestralhealing

👀 If one of your children makes you lose your patience more than the others, there may be a wound underneath that reaction. It doesn’t necessarily mean you love them less. And it doesn’t mean they’re simply “the difficult child.” Sometimes, the child who pushes your buttons the most is the one who reflects something inside you that still needs to be understood. Maybe they challenge your expectations, refuse to behave the way you want, or bring out an intensity in you that surprises even yourself. Your children don’t only need you to raise them. Sometimes, they can also reveal your impatience, your need for control, your rejection, and the emotional wounds you haven’t fully looked at yet. 🪞 So the next time you feel yourself exploding, pause before asking, “What is wrong with my child?” Ask yourself instead: “What is my child awakening in me?” Because sometimes, the child who triggers you the most can also become the one who teaches you the most about yourself. 📖 If you’re ready to explore the patterns and emotional wounds underneath your reactions, download my Breaking Patterns guide through the link in my profile. 🧡 #FamilyConstellations #ParentingPatterns #ChildhoodWounds #ConsciousParenting #emotionalhealing
