A betrayal of the lowest magnitude. I love her though and she buys me brunch.

Shutters and generators are critical for sheltering in place during a Hurricane. Generac, feel free to sponsor me. #HurricaneMilton #HurricaneCharley #HurricaneSeason #Florida #Generac #SarssotaCounty #ZoneX

A little bit of motion and airline status made a major difference in my confidence to make it home on time. 🏃‍♂️✈️ Tulsa ➡️ Atlanta ➡️ Tampa #DeltaMedallion #Flight #Travel #Work

In today’s episode of bringing back the tie- Today’s tie is from my dad. Very bright color so had to go with more standard navy suit w/ white shirt. 👔 #Suit #Tie #WorkTravel #WFH

These 3 things have been crucial to my successful work travel this year ✈️🏨 #Hotel #Marriott #Hilton #Work #Travel

Unboxing the Ultrahuman Ring Pro! Excited to be upgrading from Ring Air and still NO SUBSCRIPTION! #Smartring #Ultrahuman #Oura

Yes, ATL is a busy airport. But it is designed to allow you to make tight connections. ✈️🏃‍♂️ I have had 17 layovers at ATL this year and can now navigate with my eyes closed. #Delta #Medallioj #Travel #Flying #Layover

But don’t get it twisted, my parents only fly Business and First Class. I got a ways to go 😂 #Delta #MQD #Travel #Fashion

Client did compliment the tie during our meeting today. 👔 #Fashion #Travel #Suit #Tie

Still casual, but intentional. Imm keeping this trend going for domestic flights only though. #Fashion #Flying #Travel #Fitness

Grandparents are going to love the fact that these ties will be getting the second life they deserve. 👔✈️ #Fashion #Travel #Work #Flying

Please leave your ego at the door. It will be there when you go back! 💪 #Lifting #Gym #Fitness

I’ve been going to the same gym for 8 years and I’m riding with this key tag till the wheels fall off. I really don’t need (or want) an app or digital account for the gym. #Gym #Fitness #Lifting

I can never do just one thing. 15 mins later I’m finally eating my cookie I think there’s a Malcom in The Middle scene that depicts this perfectly, #ADHD #Cookies #Milk #Chores #CFA

All of the inconveniences of flying have gone away since earning status with Delta andI have really benefited from the perks. I’ve heard it has diminished, but this is my first year with any sort of airline status and I thought I would share my experience thus far. ✈️💺 #Delta #Flying #Travel #MQD #MedallionStatus

As soon as I hear that 10k feet notification, I’m reclining my seat. If airlines didn’t want you to recline, that feature would not exist on planes. #HotTake #Flying #Travel

Backpack in the overhead bin under these two conditions only ✈️🎒 #Flying #HotTake #FirstClass #CarryOn #Travel

I tell on myself all the time and you should too. 🗣️ *Insert cheesey quote about honesty and truthfulness* #Life #Lies #Truth #Snitch

My rules for taking a business call on a plane: 1. Be in First Class- If you’re not important enough to be in First Class, then your phone call is not important either. 2. Keep your volume minimal- The entire plane should not be able to hear you. #Flying #Phone #Travel #Business

Probably my favorite domestic flight I’ve taken this year. This was only my 4th time flying in First Class but it was my 1st time being served a full meal. I would totally do it again! ✈️ #Flights #FirstClass #Travel #DeltaMedallion

Victory is sweeter after failure! I gave myself some grace in failure, but I was not going to give up today. #keratoconus #scleralenses #Win

Super stoked to retire another phone and make my new iPhone 18 pro the daily driver. 📲 2011- iPhone 4s 2013- iPhone 5s 2015- iPhone 6s 2017- iPhone X 2020- iPhone 12 Pro 2024- iPhone 16 Pro 2026- iPhone 18 Pro #Apple #iphone #collection

Every two years Apple gets my money. But I am excited to hand it over for this iPhone 18 Pro in the beautiful burgundy colorway. #Tampa #Apple #iPhone18pro #Unboxing

There is nothing quite like Humid Heat. Las Vegas’s 102 degrees ain’t got shit on Tampa’s 90 degrees. Same goes for the cold: 40 degrees in Florida is colder than 40 degrees elsewhere. #Weather #Climate #Humidity

In true Apple Fashion, this foldable is sick. The iPhone Duo is looking to be a great phone. I’m just not sure if the losses in camera technology and Face ID are worth the novelty. What do you all think? #AppleKeynote #iphoneduo #iphone18pro

I think we need to start up a gym etiquette class. You cannot be blaring your phone to the masses in the gym.

My two cents on parking at USF as an Alum. I’m sure the advice goes for other colleges too but I know it rings true at USF. #Parking #Fall #USF #Florida #Tampa

Trip to Las Vegas is post-poned 12 hours. After 32 flights this year, this is first time I’ve had to entirely re-book. Thankfully, I was informed of the delay before I left for airport and I could stay the night at home. ✈️⏰ #Delta #Travel #Flight #Delay
