Smug Sauna (@smugsauna.com)

If you can get past how bloody gorgeous I’m looking this morning, long enough to listen to my ramblings about the benefits of a sauna in your garden, then I’ll be impressed. My point is that everybody, anywhere, can feel these benefits. Anyone can book us to bring one of our saunas to their home, set it up in their garden and give it a try. We’re also available for events of all shapes and sizes, anywhere in the UK. Our saunas are fully accessible, and we can bring the sauna experience to you, your friends, your family, your team, your colleagues, your crew or your community. Just drop us a message and we’ll sort the rest — and you too can look this great at 7am in your back garden! 😂#sauna

Just a few months into our Smug sauna events journey and here’s just some of what we’ve been doing so far.
