Replying to @Km I am officially on board for tiramisu but ONLY if it’s this biscoff brownie tiramisu 😌☁️🍫☕️ recipe below! I saw @Liv make BROWNIE-MISU (genius work) and knew I had to try it immediately using our Fudge Brownie mix!!! swapped the ladyfingers for @Biscoff cookies because I prefer their flavour and texture and y’all….this is not traditional but it IS phenomenal ✨ RECIPE: • 1 batch Stellar Eats Fudge Brownie mix, prepared according to the package, baked in a square pan, cooled + cut in half lengthwise • 4oz mascarpone cheese • 1/4 cup cookie butter spread • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste • flakey sea salt • 1 sleeve Biscoff cookies • 1 cup strong brewed coffee • cocoa powder for topping Add mascarpone + cookie butter to a large bowl and whip with an electric beater for 1 minute until creamy. Add cold whipping cream, maple syrup, vanilla and a big pinch of sea salt and whip on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until stiff peaks form. When ready to assemble, line a loaf pan and place your brownie sheet half at the bottom. Dip biscoff cookies for just 1-2 seconds in coffee and layer evenly on top of brownies. Spread a layer of biscoff cream evenly on top, then add your second brownie layer and repeat the process (dipped cookies, then a layer of cream). Finish with 1 final layer of dipped cookies. Cover and chill overnight. When ready to serve, flip it over and top with extra piped cream if desired and a dusting of cocoa. ENJOY!🧋
