three designs to elevate your valentine with just a ballpoint pen and a couple of minutes! ❣️the first design is an open heart locket. This is done with two connecting hearts, your initials, and then the chain is made up of tiny circles weaving up the V. If you wanted you could use pencil for guidelines before drawing your chain! I also add little dainty sparkles when you open the flap ❣️second is a very simple scallop lace. If you have time, you could add extra dots or layer other elements to the border or v flap. Draw scallops along the border, looping in between each one. Then add hearts inside each scallop! ❣️third features a few variations using this simple rosebud. The vining border is a swirly line (again could start with pencil as a guide here and then erase) with alternating leaves. The rosebuds are made up of just a stem with 3 little ovals coming off of the top. The bouquet in the center is made up of the stems, leaving a gap in the center for a bow. Then the rosebuds are arranged into a bouquet on top! The pattern on the Vis the same rosebud shape, but the stem direction alternates with each one. I added tiny dots between. This is all done in ballpoint pen on our soft pink envelopes that pair perfectly with our Valentine stationery sets! adding light pink or red into these designs would only make these cuter💘 I hope everyone enjoys writing some Valentines on my favorite holiday 💌💘❣️#valentine #snailmail #drawingtutorial #stationery

If you've been here a while, you know Kiko ❤️ she's grown up with Swink as I got my lifelong dream kitten soon after I started my lifelong dream business!!! A couple years ago Kiko in this red bow inspired me to capture her personality in each of the 12 days of Christmas. I decided to put these on a stationery set that I thought wouldn't sell, I just made it for myself! It turned into one of our bestselling stationery sets, gift wrap that sold out multiple times, a mainstay in our holiday collections, and now a tableware exclusive for @anthropologiehome thanks for being here- I love hearing how you all see her in your own beautiful cats and I love that so many of us get to experience love and devotion to fluffy creatures 🫶🏻 #swinkpaper #illustrator #stationeryshop #holiday #catsoftiktok

let’s paint menus! And yes I’m currently running my business with a baby so will still only contact nap 🥲 luckily this was a 50 minute nap 💤 For these rehearsal dinner menus, I painted a loose watercolor script in blue. This was then printed onto each menu, and I’m now painting each guest name at the top in a coral watercolor script 🫶🏻 simple design to go with an absolutely stunning table scape! Can’t wait to see it all together 🥹🥹 #artist #firsttimemom #customwedding #calligraphy #paintwithme
