We have tried everything under the sun to get Eli to eat his veggies and we hit a dead end😩🥦 no matter what we did to the vegetables, he refused to open his mouth for them or would physically spit them out @Veggies Made Great has literally saved the day! for all of my mamas in the thick of it🫶🏼💛 you are NOT alone & here are some of the things that have helped me (these + an antidepressant shoutout to zofran) I was pretty shocked this postpartum when I developed PPD around 7 months and it hit me hard. I quickly changed from my happy, bubbly self to a woman I felt I didn’t recognize. Suddenly, I was overwhelmed, overtired, constantly running on empty, constantly crying and had a rage that I had never experienced before. Not only was I constantly battling that but I was also extremely embarrassed & emotional about the fact that my kids and husband had to see me this way. I kept struggling with feelings of being a failure and a bad mom even though I was giving my kids an amazing childhood full of love. It wasn’t until I opened up about it online that I had so many friends reach out telling me about their experiences with PPD/PPA. it almost gave me permission to ask for help. which do you like better👀 blonde or brunette?💛🤎 after being blonde my entire life (but obviously dying it a few shades lighter), my natural hair color changed drastically when I got pregnant with my second! it became a lot to keep up with and my roots just started to contrast way too much with the blonde color so I decided to make a big change. personally I LOVVVVEEEEEE🥰🤤 I feel like it’s been a big step in getting my pink back postpartum & really has boosted my confidence🥹 + it’s saving me a lot of money LOL many people have told me that watching my hair journey has given them the confidence to go darker & closer to their natural color and my advice: DO IT! I do highly recommend getting on Canva and photoshopping your face onto different pinterest hair colors you like BEFORE making the change though. It’s crazy how much a color can look good on one person but looks sooo different on another skin tone. The first few colors I thought I would love made me look sickly against my skin tone.
