I took the weekend as a reset to fully jump into this week with a clear head & ready to tackle more interview interviews. We rented a minivan! We had a successful garage sale! Just another night making dinner with my tiny sous-chef 👩‍🍳😂 She’s in charge of quality control, taste testing, and eating half the cheese before dinner is ready. 🧀Meanwhile, I’m just trying to get everyone fed. 🤣 Tonight’s dinner was an easy family-friendly win! Sliders: 12pk Hawaiian Rolls 6-8 ham and or turkey slices (add to your liking) 5-7 cheese slices (we like Colby Jack) Mayo for each side of the bread (@dukesmayo is the best!) Apparently we’re putting my kids’ overflowing bookshelf to work now. 😂📚 Today’s unemployment activity: filming reviews of children’s books we already own for my Amazon Influencer storefront. The Courthouse, NBTX was a hit for our fam! If you’re looking for food recommendations, we loved the ribeye tacos, quesabirria tacos, The Cougar sandwich and chicken Mac n cheese! The draft beer was running cold and the cocktails were so tasty! My almost 3-year-old daughter loved the playground and the kids could not get enough of watching everybody play pickle ball!
