The power source I'm using is a 5V charger. Everything is ready for the test. I begin testing each LED chip on the circuit board. When both pros make proper contact with chip and the chip lights up, that means the chip is still working. On the other hand, if the chip doesn't light up, that's a sign that the chip may have failed. After testing them one by one, I've identified the location of the faulty LED chip. I marked the location to avoid any confusion during the repair process. Now I'll remove the faulty LED chip and prepare to replace it with another one. To make the process easier, I remove the entire circuit board from the bow base. The replacement LED chip is taken from this LED strip. The chip has the same operating specifications and is compatible with the bulb circuit board. Before removing the chip, I use a testing tool to identify and Mark the positive and negative terminals on the LED chip. Thanks to marking them beforehand, I can install the new chip in the correct orientation on the circuit board. Once I've identified the two terminals, I remove the LED chip from the LED strip. To make it easier to remove the chip, I use heat from a flame to warm the chip's terminals. Once the solder softens, I can separate the LED chip from the circuit board. And now this LED chip is ready to replace the damaged one on the bulb Circuit board. Before continuing, I'd like to know how many places around the world we're reaching today. What country are you watching this video from? Leave the name of your Country in the comments. I'm really curious to see which countries will show up today and how far our community reaches around the world. After replacing the chip, I noticed that there's still a layer of black soot underneath the circuit board, but there's no need to worry too much. This doesn't affect the circuit board and I just need to clean it off. Before putting everything back together, I prepare the contact area so that once it's clean, I can put the circuit board back in its original position. If it needs more thorough cleaning, I use a little alcohol to clean the contact area and any remaining dirty spots. Once everything is clean, I put the circuit board back in its original position and get ready to test it. This is a pretty exciting moment. What do you think? Will the bulb work again? Leave your prediction in the comments. 1, 2, 3. And it's amazing the LED bulb is working again. It's surprising that a bulb that seemed completely dead can light up again simply by finding the actual cause and replacing the correct component. I hope today's video helped you better understand.
