You want them tender, but still with a little bite—not soft and mushy. A few quick tips: 🍝 Salt your water so your pasta has flavor from the start. 🍝 Stir your noodles while they cook so they don’t stick together. 🍝 Keep an eye on that cooking time—don’t just walk away! 🍝 If your pasta is going into a sauce or going back into the oven, cook it just a little shy of completely done so it doesn’t overcook later.
