The final fit for today featuring a tie! I loved it. I did add my brown belt last minute because these slacks from @Aritzia are just a tish too loose but other than that, I loved it. It was interesting to see how people reacted to a woman wearing a tie! Lol #fitcheck #menswear #fashion #aritzia

I’m vibing with this outfit though y’all. I just gotta figure out the tie situation. Help a girl out! What is throwing it off?! #ties #suits #fashion #menswear

Or do I just do like a pair of nude heels?? #fitcheck

I think we all know what ideal professionalism is supposed to model… and who it’s supposed to model. And iced coffee, is opposite of that particular image. No? Maybe? Who TF cares?? #icedcoffee #work #professionalism #interview #career

Maybe it’s an #arizona thing but bringing a drink to an interview is not some crazy out of touch thing. People need to not take themselves so seriously. #professionalism #icedcoffee #work

This one is for the yappers 😘🤌🏻 #voicenotes

There’s something special about realizing you’ve slowly become the woman you once pictured when you thought about having a big career. 🤍 Not because you have it all figured out—but because you learned to trust your experience, use your voice, take up space, and walk into rooms knowing you belong there. A little feminine. A little ambitious. Very grateful. 💅🏻 #WomenInLeadership #ExecutiveLeadership #CareerWomen #WomenInBusiness #corporategirl

Somewhere between building a career I’m proud of, raising the greatest little human, laughing way too hard at work, getting dressed up, running from one thing to the next, and trying to soak in the ordinary moments… I realized I’m living a life I once would’ve dreamed about. 🥹🤍 It’s not always glamorous. It’s busy, a little chaotic, and there are definitely days when I’m just figuring it out as I go. But getting to be a mom, a woman in leadership, a professional I’m proud of, and still me somewhere in between all of it? Yeah. This life is a pretty great one. Like really, really great. 🤍 #WorkingMom #WomenInLeadership #CareerWomen #MomLife #RichInLife

I have learned that I talk with my hands… a lot. Like a ton. 😅😅 what does that say about a person?? I mean I can’t help it! I’m an expressive girly! #business #womeninbusiness #career #work

I’ve always kept my professional and personal life separate. And that included social media but after years of balancing both, an attempt at doxxing me 😂, and my career becoming louder and louder, I think it’s time I quit being so shy. So Hey! How do you do? I’m Nichole. That one Nichole actually! The mom, business woman, and children’s advocate?? Yea. That’s me.

All I ever wanted was to make my kid proud 🥲😭😭😭 #life #motherhood

@Alani Nutrition you dirty dirty little monsters! I’m assuming this is just a fall flavor so how am I supposed to live without these after fall?!? #alani #fall #halloween

Replying to @Erin Angela I don’t how I got so lucky girl but I swear they are out there! Lol I also bully him a lot and remind him that I’m cool and successful and hot and young, just to keep him on his toes. 😘🤌🏻 It Works! #marriage
