I read ingredient lists so you don’t have to. I use organic / local ingredients when possible, incorporate veggies in fun ways and am pretty much seed oil free (other than mayo) :-) First release is on 09.21.26 - it will be $125 and follow a similar format to the menu in the video (breakfast, 4 bowls with sides and dessert!) :) Link in my bio if you are interested!! Pick up in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn #mealprep #nyc #food #eat #healthy

Feel free to swap out or add any ingredients as you want!! You don’t need everything listed for this to be magical :) Ingredients - 1 ripe yellow mango, diced - 2 juicy tomatoes, diced - 1 avocado, diced - 1 Serrano pepper, diced (skip if you don’t like spicy) - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro - 1/4 cup red onion, diced (rinsed with water to mellow the taste) - 2 limes, juiced - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp black pepper Instructions 1. In a bowl, add the mango, tomatoes, avocado, serrano pepper, cilantro, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together. 2. Let the salsa sit for about 10 minutes so the flavors come together, then serve. #cook #food #summer #eat #salsa

Greek Orzo Salad Ingredients - 1 cup orzo, cooked according to package directions - 1 chicken bouillon cube (or cook orzo in chicken broth) - 1 bag baby spinach - 1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped - Big handful of olives - ½ red onion, soaked in ice water - 1 pack fresh mint - Fresh dill, to taste (2 big handfuls recommended, the more the better!) - Zest and juice of 1 lemon - Olive oil - Red wine vinegar - Salt and pepper - French feta, to top (highly recommend! :) Cook orzo according to package directions, adding a chicken bouillon cube to the water (or substitute chicken broth). Stir in the bag of spinach right at the end so it wilts. Drain and transfer to a large bowl to cool. Add the cherry tomatoes, olives, and red onion (make sure it’s been soaking in ice water - this takes the strong onion flavor out and is crucial) to the same bowl. Toss in the mint and dill. Dress with the lemon zest and juice, a drizzle of olive oil, a splash of red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Top generously with French feta :) #greek #summer #food #recipe #cook

DO NOT COME FOR MY POT I KNOW SHES OLD BUT SHES MIGHTY Ingredients - Cooked pasta (any shape) - ¼ cup pasta water (reserved before draining) milk would be great too!! - 1 slice cheddar cheese, torn or chopped - 1 cup grated parmesan, plus more for topping - 1 tablespoon butter - Onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste Instructions Cook your pasta until done and reserve some pasta water before draining. In the same pot over low heat, melt the butter, then add the cheddar and parmesan, stirring until melted. Add a splash of pasta water and stir to bring it together into a sauce. Toss the cooked pasta right in and mix for a couple of minutes until everything is coated and creamy. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper, and finish with an extra handful of parmesan on top!! #food #recipe #cook #cheese #nycfood
