#ad The best part of any build is the moment the glass goes on and the lights come up. With the ASUS Prime AP304 ARGB, that moment is the whole point of the case. A single curve of glass runs from the front around the side with no seam to stop the eye. From across the room or walking past, the build stays in view, the way a lit window does after dark. Every cable I routed and every part I placed is part of the picture. Then the fans turn and the light band along the base begins to glow, and the color moves through the glass like light through water and settles across the desk. Two minutes of a five-hour build, and these last few seconds are what I built it for. Everything inside, and what it cost, is on mklibrary.com. Link in bio. @ASUS.USA

Top floor at the Dream Inn, Santa Cruz is a great place to get some work done. Or drink wine on the balcony and watch the surfers. Either way, I’m being productive. #santacruz #travelblogger #hotellife

I went to Santa Cruz to drive, evaluate, and vote on 14 different vehicles for Best of the Bay and their respective categories. Each participant was given a limited amount of time to drive and capture content with each vehicle. It was a mad frenzy, with my own internal pressure to create unique shots for each car, exactly the kind of stress I love to be under. I tried to find ways to incorporate the Santa Cruz vibe in every round, to varying success. Here are some of my favorite shots and a bunch of behind the scenes and behind the wheel. #bestofthebay #carsoftiktok #bayarea

One of my favorite speakeasy bars in Sacramento - The Roost. Whether you’re craving a classic, something modern, or want to delightfully surprise your tastebuds with an original craft cocktail creation, you’ll find quite an incredible menu here. Hidden under the Bawk restaurant, through a secret passageway, it should come as no surprise the food menu is just as exceptional as the cocktails. Great for soaking up a drink in order to indulge in another. I don’t think I could ever get tired of coming here. Protip: You’ll need a reservation most of the time to get in. Check out my blog on Sacramento bars, link in profile, for more fun spots around town to explore. #sacramento #speakeasy #cocktails

A bit of zebra racing and highlights from the 65th Annual International Camel & Ostrich races in @virginiacity. I didn’t get to ride these wild animals, but I was honored to hang out in their corral and pet them and admire these quirky creatures up close and personal. I’ve never pet a zebra like this before, and wow was it cool. The wet and rainy winter this year in California has made my backyard greener than ever. It also means my lawn has grown into a miniature jungle. The kids from “Honey I Shrunk the Kids” wouldn’t stand a chance out there! Luckily, Toro kindly sent me their new 60V Max Stripe™ Dual-Blades Self-Propelled Mower and 60V Max Brushless String Trimmer to tame my backyard wilderness.
