These do’s and don’ts are a good rule of thumb, and in the last shot you can see how proper placement in the back is essential for getting a secure seal that can withstand movement and sweat! A bit of hair is no problem as long as the adhesive has enough skin to grip and form the seal. Hairs don’t tend to get ripped out unless there are a few that are already loose in the root Too much hair can get in the way of a secure seal. And even though it’s a simple liner, please don’t assume it’s self-explanatory!
