@superoneseries clay pigeon round 5 and 6 round 5 - Saturday at the track wasn’t the best, had a few issues and struggled to find my pace in the wet unfortunately because of these minor issues I didn’t have a good qualifying p27 then being hit with a drop down after putting me in p32 for heat 1 & 2 heat 1 - Went up a few places by keeping my head screwed on focused to move up as there wasn’t any further back I could go I managed to climb up to p27 in the end of heat 1 heat 2 - Had a really strong preformance in heat 2 with the same attitude I had going into heat 1 I made up from 32nd to 20th on the grid helping me work up the order ready for the final final - starting p27 in the final a few places infront of where i qualified I was i unfortunately got really unlucky and ending up finishing two places back in p29 round 6 - qualifying p22 which was better than the saturday so couldn’t really complain back in the dry weather so i had strong faith in myself because i shown good pace on the practice day in the dry heat 1 - had a strange heat 1 dropped down a few places at the start due to turn 1 being a hot zone for an accident but most of it went alright climbed up a few positions to 17th in the end heat 2 - start of heat 2 we done the start and a few of the drivers in the other half of the back span infront causing a big collision between many of us fortunately no one was hurt in the end only my steering column suffered a broken neck, but kept my head down tried to make some positions back, a few laps later coming back into turn 1 i lost the kart fully when the steering column decided to give up causing me to go backwards into a wall cussing a bent axle final - starting the final in p26 had a long way to go to move up the order and i made sure my head was screwed on and just tried to push forwards as much as possible, at the end of the race pulled in p20 with no penalties. @Edgy🏎️ @Izzie Laughton @Raoul¹⁵ @arina @CharlieCox_12 thanks for the data Thank you to my sponsors for supporting me this weekend @odysseyfiresafety @jb.competitions @vantastec_ltd

superone gyg round 3 and 4 practice - been to the track back in february for the final around of @teessidekarting winter series, so had some idea of the track in the wet but not a lot on slicks, if it was wet i was feeling pretty confident for the weekend because i managed to gain a few places here and there but was a lot learning experiences to say the least round 1 - qualified p32 out of 34 people which isn’t the best of results but i couldn’t really complain given i’ve only been to this track once, heat 1 i went from p32 up to p28 but unfortunately got a drop down and lost 5 positions so i finished in p33 heat 2 again starting p32 i made it up a few positions due to people coming off track then a few laps later i got hit off track myself by another driver and lost control of the kart unable to pull it back into the track. in the final starting p33 i screwed my head on a bit tighter determined to regain some places back and bring back a solid result for the first day racing and climbed up to p28 which is a solid result considering the starting place round 2 - qualified p27 out of 34 on the grid which i was happy with not many places to drop back so the only way from there was forward and that was my main goal to just climb up ready for the final later on. in heat 1 i managed to go from 27th up to 24th solid result since i was at the back and the front and mid of the grid was pulling from the back quite quickly. heat 2 once again starting in p27 i got up a few positions through out the heat but unfortunately another driver span in front of me with no way to avoid it i hit the other driver and bent my steering column and both track rods in the process. more bad luck follows for the final and my fuel tank ended up leaking all over my legs to the point where the burning pain was so bad i couldn’t focus on the race and decided to call it a day, overall a weekend to remember can’t wait for clay next month @momentum8316 🔧 @philwil419 💰 @thomlowrismama @paul.sims.42 for the motor thankyou to my sponsors for supporting me this weekend @jb.competitions @odysseyfiresafety @vantastec_ltd @Beth Murton Photography for the flicks
