At Tournesol, it's more than drop-ins-it's a curriculum. Built for adult dancers who want more than movement. Who want understanding, intention, and real progress. #adultballet #adultdancecommunity #tournesoldance #adultjazz #adultdance

In our classes not only are our teachers rooting for you but so are your peers! The adult dance community is all about encouraging and gaining inspiration from our fellow adult dancers! #adultdance #adultballet #nevertoolate #tournesoldance #adultjazz

🎶 “Poppin’ bottles in the ice…” 🥂 When you’re just trying to pick a warm-up song but the playlist has other plans 😂 Welcome to Tournesol — where ballet class might start with a club anthem, and we’re not mad about it. #AdultBallet #BalletVibesOnly #TournesolDance #BalletButMakeItFun #WarmUpWars #ReclaimedDancer

POV: when the jazz teacher plays a banger We love a Bad Bunny vibe for our combos in Jazz 5! #adultjazz #adultdancecommunity #nevertoolate #tournesoldance #badbunny @Bad Bunny

These adult dancers-ranging from 22 to 45—showed up, put in the work, and stepped into a space that hasn't always been made for them... and they were seen. To hear feedback like this-about their artistry, their lines, their connection-it matters. It means something. Your hard work is not invisible. Your progress is not unnoticed. If you've ever wondered if it's "too late"... it's not. Keep going. You are seen. ##adultdance##adultballet##tournesoldance##adultdancestudio##nevertoolate

Director's Corner Our owner and lead ballet instructor, Erica Centola, shares how to get the most out of an all-level adult ballet class. 🍁September Recap🍂 As the weather gets cooler our dancers are hard at work after their summer break! The journey isn't about perfection, it's about progress — and our adult dancers crushed it this month. Great job dancers! Keep pushing and keep growing! #adultdance #tournesoldance #adultballet #itsnevertoolate #adultjazz

Every pirouette, every step — we rise together. When one of us succeeds, we all do. #TournesolDance #AdultBallet #adultdance #adultjazz

You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to be willing. Willing to move again. To remember again. To show up for the version of you that still dreams of dancing — even if it’s been years, decades, or never at all. At Tournesol Dance, we don’t teach “perfect.” We teach presence. We teach the slow return. We teach grace in every form it comes in — shaky, bold, breathless, barefoot. This is where the grown-up dancers come home. And if your heart’s beating faster right now… it’s probably time. 🩰 Classes are open. Your spot is waiting. Let’s move. #adultdance #adultjazz #adultballet #tournesoldance #nevertoolate
