I thought this was common knowledge????

Okay, I thought this was common knowledge, but apparently people don't know that their computers and keyboards can actually do this. My co worker walked in today on me doing this and she was like how did you just do that? And I was like you didn't know this was a thing? So. I freaking suck at typing and I don't like using regular dictation because it never works. So when I reply to emails or do any word documents, I just click my alt space bar just like that. Some people. You can use your function tab. And I just talk completely normal just like this. Or I'll talk super super super super fast. Or I'll stop and pause and think, or I'll cough and stutter my words and it still picks up exactly what I'm trying to say every single time. And it formats it correctly too. Watch. Literally perfect dictation every single time. So everything I just said literally in the snap of a finger right there. If your function tab does not do this, this is the site that I used to set it up. Super easy. It literally took me one second to download. And you can actually set different replacements. So if I say any of these things, it automatically puts those in for me. And I have it set for email straight in a professional tone or for Slack in team straight in Gen Z with emojis. So like if you type a Lot for work or school. Or maybe you're just a really slow typer like me. This will save you so much time, and it's so much better than regular dictation, so hope that helps.
