From Stage 4 to Stage 1. I walked into this appointment filled with dread, bracing for the worst, after being told just last Friday that I had stage 4 breast cancer. But the PET scan came back clear. What was first misdiagnosed as metastatic breast cancer has now been corrected (for now): Stage 1, Grade B invasive ductal carcinoma. “You’ll be cured— no if’s, and’s, or but’s.” I sobbed with relief. I’m endlessly grateful for the prayers and support from my family, friends, and of course, this incredible TikTok community. Your words carried me through the darkest moments.
