Lil bit of a messy #stopdropandflow for @Łexi Marie ❤️‍🔥🌀 🦋🌸🥲 thanks so much for the nom 💖🌀 I had a wrist injury recently that has been limiting my flow abilities, and it’s been difficult to stay motivated because of it 🙃 Thankfully, I have some amazing coworkers that have been excited to learn pizza tosses, and that has helped keep my spark alive🥹❤️‍🔥 Anywhoooo I’m passing the flow to @ashleigh 🦋🧚🏼‍♀️🧿🫧🌀⁴⁴⁴, @Dani 🫶🏻🌀 and @Austinstewart99 Happy flowing bbs💫🧚🏼‍♀️💟 #flowmies #flowstarfam #sdf #fypp @Flowstar

As my time with this beautiful traveling star comes to an end, I can’t help but feel bittersweet 🥲 Being a part of such an incredible movement is both fulfilling and humbling 🤞🏼 Every flow session is different: sometimes the juices are flowing (no pun intended), and other times your fingers are made of butter 🧈🤏🏼 Each moment is a journey, and the best thing you can do is carry love through the moments💜 Thank you again @AlyssaFlows for creating such a powerful project: I can’t wait to see where the flow goes next🥹🌀✨ #howfarwilltheflowgo #flowstarfam #flowmies #michiganflowmies #fypp @Trippy Squid @Of The Trees

OMG I meant to post this last week! 🙃 May 6th was my birthday, so o decided to get dolled up and have a little photo shoot (and flow sesh) 📸🎥 I’m so grateful to have made it another year around the sun, and to have such a fulfilling hobby 🌀 @Flowstar @beef lump #spinflowstar #flowartist #flowmies #birthday #taurusseason

Post work flow sesh from the other night 🌀 I was really focusing on my breathing throughout this, and letting my body do what it wanted to do🫀 The more time I spend with my star, the more it becomes an extension of my body (which makes me more comfortable)🤩 I love this little rag, and everything that goes along with it💜 @Flowstar @beef lump #spinflowstar #flowmies #flowartist #newtricks #michiganflowmies

Little late but #stopdropandflow for @EMUSHY 🍄 I spent over an hour at my university athletic center today in celebration of finishing the semester 📚🏫🤓 This semester was a struggle trying to balance everything in my life and perform well, but I managed to finish with all “A’s” and I am so grateful💜 Now to prep for a busy summer filled with work, play, and wedding festivities🤪😎 For my #sdf, I’m passing the flow to @AlyssaFlows and @☀️ Ｓｋｙｅ ☀️ . Happy flowing ladies🌀🌟 @Flowstar #spinflowstar #flowmies #flowartist

Happy Monday and lil late Easter flow (ft. two new tricks I’ve been working on) 🐣🌀 Anyone else have the best and the worst time learning new tricks? And finally implementing them into your flow regularly just makes your soul tingle ✨ @Flowstar @xuitcasecity #flowartist #spinflowstar #flowmies #newtricks #fypp

Ocean flow ocean flow ocean flow!! 🌊 🌀 The wind was KICKIN, but it was so fun to flow in the ocean before watching Artemis II launch 🚀 #flowartist #spinflowstar #flowmies #vacations #nasa @Flowstar

Another day, another draft! This video is a little repetitive, BUT I love the energy in it @Flowstar #spinflowstar #flowartist #flowmies #draft #riddim

Just a girl drilling pinches in hopes of adding them to the arsenal one day 🤏🏼 🤏🏼 This was heavily inspired by @Purenat pinball videos 🌀😎 @Flowstar @SOFI TUKKER #flowmies #spinflowstar #flowstarfam #michiganflowmies #fypp

Friendly reminder to stretch before you flow 😮‍💨 I was drilling a new trick the other night and discovered that my hip does in fact not move that way😫😅 @Flowstar #flowmies #spinflowstar #oopsies #fypppp #flowstarfam

Anybody else have to jam in their car for a minute before going inside anywhere? GG4L 😎🙂‍↕️ #guttermusic #jantsen #dubstep #randbass #fypp

This is the motive! Another draft just because🙂‍↕️ @Flowstar @distinctmotive @GWNofficial #flowmies #flowartist #flowstar #fyppp #dubstep

Clearing out some drafts🤪 Archie always thinks flow time = play time (and he’s not wrong) @Flowstar @beef lump @CRANKDAT #flowmies #fyppp #flowartist #flowstar #drafts

Okay, pop off then!🌀 I know the audio is only a minute, but this flow felt too good to not share the whole thing🤪 These high ceilings are perfect for practicing boomerangs 🪃 hopefully I’ll have them down by the end of the semester💪🏼 @Flowstar @beef lump #fyppp #flowmies #flowstarfam #flowartist #spinflowstar

Brought in the new year in one of my favorite places, with some of my favorite people💓🎶 Thank you 2025 for all the love, the laughter, the hurt and the lessons. #2025recap 2025 has been an incredibly difficult, and yet equally amazing year☯️ I lost a job I thought I’d have for years. I attended a dream festival with my best friends. I lost family, but found friendship and community on this silly clock app. This life is all about balance and perspective, and 2025 has given me that humbling reminder. All in all, I’ve learned that EVERYTHING is connected, gratitude is a necessity, and it’s up to you to create a life you look forward to living💜 Thank you 2025 for everything. I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store✨ @First Earth @Flowstar @Trippy Squid #flowstar #flowmies #edmtok #fyppp

Lil flow from the weekend, enjoying the last bits of summer ☀️ TikTok decided the video needed some @AHEE in it 🎶 @Flowstar #flowmies #sdf #edmtok #spinflowstar #trendingsound

Little bit of a longer video/post but… ✨🌀It’s my flowiversary!!🌀✨ Last year I bought a Flowstar from @First Earth , and made it a goal to be able to flow with my friends. Since then, flowing has developed from a pastime into a passion. Flowing over the past year has taught me about mind-body balance, connection, and offered me a level of peace that I’ve never experienced before🥹 I am so grateful for the community I’ve been welcomed into here on TikTok, the friends I’ve met through flowing, and the memories I’ve made with the people I love and our silly little cloths🫶🏼 Nothing could’ve prepared me for how much my flowstars mean to me or how much they would change my life. I am eternally thankful🥲💜 @Flowstar #flowstar #flowmies #sdf #edmtok #fyp

A little #sdf action after work: this one felt GOOD🥲 @Flowstar #spinflowstar #stopdropandflow #flowmiesoftiktok #edmtok
