Here’s much I realistically read last week (10/12-10/18) as someone who works a 9am to 5pm day job. I finished 2 books last week but for some reason I can’t seem to keep my attention span alive!!! I LOVED “Vicious” for my re-read and I can’t wait to start “Vengeful” but I really didn’t enjoy “Klara and the Sun.” I’m currently reading “The Tarot Trials” and “Rebecca” but unfortunately I keep skimming sentences which is a sign that I need to put those books down (for now)! We’ll see how this week goes. #booktok #whatireadinaweek #currentlyreading #readingupdates

clips from my latest yt video 🎥 I’m convinced (some people) don’t believe me when I say I use all of my journals so here’s a week with my journal ecosystem!! This was SO much fun to film and I’m so proud of it. Also a big celebratory video because I hit 3k on TikTok, insta and yt!!! So thank you to all for supporting me on this side of the internet. I love you 3,000 / I hope you got that Marvel reference❣️ ‘Astoldbysubha’ on yt, link is in bio #journalecosystem #journaltok #journalingvideo #mypaperrepublic #louisecarmen

Here’s much I realistically read last week (10/05-10/11) as someone who works a 9am to 5pm day job. I dropped all of my reading plans to re-read ‘Vicious’ by VE Schwab after seeing her speak at an author event. 😅 I also finished 2 zombie books, one of which is now an all-time favorite! I LOVED ‘One Yellow Eye’ by Leigh Radford!!! I binged it in two days! ❣️ unfortunately, I didn’t love the second half of ‘Fallow’ by Sarah Anderson. #booktok #whatireadinaweek #currentlyreading #readingupdates

Here’s much I realistically read last week (09/28-10/04) as someone who works a 9am to 5pm day job. I realized I forgot to mention in my weekly reading updates that I finished ‘American Hagwon,’ woops! Surprise! While I loved ‘Pachinko’ more, this felt like such a timely and important topic on eduction and how different cultures define their lives based off of it. It’s also a gentle reminder that family, friendship, and following your own path are what define a well-lived life. #booktok #whatireadinaweek #currentlyreading #readingupdates
