mental health is something so many people struggle with, even when you can’t see it. please be kind to the people around you, check in on your friends, and remember that everyone is fighting battles you may know nothing about. you never really know what someone is going through behind closed doors. something that might seem small or insignificant to you could mean so much to someone else, and you never know how much a simple comment or message could affect someone’s day or even their life, in both positive and negative ways. if you’re struggling right now, please don’t keep it all to yourself. talk to someone you trust, reach out to a friend or family member, or contact a helpline, my dms are also always open. asking for help doesn’t make you weak, dramatic, or a burden. you deserve support, you deserve to be heard, and you deserve to stay. please keep going. one conversation, one message, or one person reaching out can make a bigger difference than you realize. you are loved, you are important, and you are needed🤍 #dancemoms #mentalhealth #reachout #bekind #aldc

hey read caption!! you never truly know what someone is going through. be kind, check in on your friends, and remind the people you love that they don’t have to go through difficult things alone. speaking up can be hard, but you deserve to be heard. 🤍September is National Suicid3 Prevention Month, a couple of days ago, I lost someone I a friend, and it’s still really hard to process. She was such a kind hearted person, and it feels so strange knowing that she’s not here anymore. It’s a reminder that you never truly know what someone is going through behind the scenes. Please check in on the people you love, be kind, and let them know they matter.
