#flowiversary #oneyearofflow What started out as something I’d watch my friend @Jordan Wiesner doing turned into something much larger than I expected and something so magical. The end of 2024 into 2025 was a pretty difficult time in my life. I was dealing with the aftermath of experiencing an event that I’d say changed my life. I was struggling with my mental health, and some days getting out of bed felt like the biggest and hardest task to achieve. I started trying to make myself do things (lil opposite action 💃💃) and started spending once a week with a good friend. She brought out her flowstar and would play with them… I was mesmerized. Shortly after I’m going to see @Big Gigantic and ask her if I can borrow her star for the show, she agrees. My friend @sarah and I are playing with the star and both have this kinda magical experience where we both decide “oh yea, we’re learning this.” From that day on, I got out of bed everyday. Even if it was 10 minutes to flow. I got out of bed. As the days and eventually weeks passed, I started feeling better. I felt more joy, more calm, more excitement. Things I hadn’t felt for, what felt like, ages. I started posting because it was fun to watch others flow on TikTok. Then I started making friends on this app. This community, the people, are so loving and supportive. I have met some of my best friends through posting my flow journey. I seriously don’t know what I’d do without flow. The people flow has brought me are some of the most incredible people in this world. Flow helped me in some of my hardest times and has brought me some of the kindest, most respectful, loving people. I’m rambling now, but for those who’ve been here long and short, thank you. I hope flow brings you the same peace and magic it has brought me. Happy one year of flow to me 🫶🏼 #showlovespreadlove #flowmies #plurr

I’ve been more mindful of my TikTok usage, so just know if you tag me, I’ll eventually see it! I love this community and appreciate being apart of it, so pls keep tagging me in your flows! I love to watch 🥹😍 passing this to my pookies @rea @brittyserfs #showlovespreadlove #plurr #FlowStar #ravetok
