she had no idea how far she’d go 🥹🤍 5 half marathons in one year, having never run one before… I think it’s safe to say I got the bug for it 🌟 London Landmarks Half 🌟 Hackney Half 🌟 The Big Half 🌟 Manchester Half 🌟 Royal Parks Half running has taught me that you’re capable of so much more than you think. I feel like a completely different person to the girl in that first video, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. it’s never just been about the miles or the finish lines, but the person I’ve become along the way ✨ so so grateful be able to and to have had the opportunity to run all of these races and for everything running has brought into my life. sometimes you don’t realise just how much can change when you decide to give something a go 🤍 a little disclaimer: running even more than one half marathon in a year isn’t something everyone should aim for! this is my personal journey, not a benchmark. everyone’s journey and goals are different, and that’s okay 🤍 #runningjourney #halfmarathon #runningmotivation #runner #runnergirl

TAKE A CHANCE CAUSE YOU MIGHT GROW!! Go out of your comfort zone. You won’t grow if you never get uncomfortable… The girl in these videos at the start of this year is a VERY different girl to the one finishing it. I took a chance on running again, pushed myself out of my comfort zone, kept showing up and I’ve come such a long way 🥹🫶🏼 New PBs, new goals, new races, new people, new experiences and SO many miles later… I’m so glad I said yes to something that scared me a little. Sometimes you just have to take the chance and see where it takes you 🤍 WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? #runner #runningmotivation #growth #smallcreator #runningtips

I’m always thinking about the next goal that I forget to appreciate how far I’ve already come 🤍 always wanting to do more, be better, go faster… but maybe I need to get better at being proud of myself too. always chasing the next thing that I forget I’m already living a version of what I used to dream about 🫶🏼 learning to be proud of the progress, not just focused on what’s next. #runningmotivation #runningcommunity #runninggoals #runningjourney #progressoverperfection

1:34:55!!! MANCHESTER ILY A FOUR MINUTE 40 SECOND PB. I genuinely DID NOT KNOW I HAD THAT IN ME!! I have just fallen in love with running all over again 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 I somehow held that pace pretty consistently and honestly have no idea how 😭 I started to struggle around 15KM, then I saw the 1:35 pacer and thought RIGHT. WE ARE HOLDING ON TO THIS. Somehow I kept pushing, kept the pace and made it to that finish line… My goal today was 1:37-1:39 and somehow pulled out A SUB 1:35 HALF. WHAT?! I’m still in complete shock. I feel like I’m going to be processing this one for a while. This is officially my proudest achievement to date. The training, the early mornings, the sessions I didn’t want to do, the miles that felt impossible — ALL WORTH IT - YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS! Manchester, you were SO special. Thank you for giving me a race I’ll never forget 🥹🤍 WHAT A DAY. WHAT A SPORT. It’s really hard to put into words what running has done for me this year!! It started with such a simple thought at the beginning of the year: what if I tried that again? That thought turned into signing up for my first ever half marathon, then another, then another. It turned into chasing PBs, joining a club, running with people I never would have met otherwise, saying yes to opportunities I never could have imagined, and building a part of my life that I now genuinely cannot imagine being without. But somewhere along the way, it became about so much more than running. Running gave me my spark back It gave me something to work towards, something that was mine, a reason to get out the door on the days I didn’t feel like it, and a community that has brought some of the best people and memories into my life. When I look back at the girl who started this year, I feel like I’m looking at a different person. I’ve grown so much, not just as a runner, but as a person. I’ve become more confident, more driven, more open to saying yes and so much more excited about where life can take me. And I think that’s what I’ll remember most. I don’t know where my life would be without running now. But I do know that future me will always have this year to look back on and remember exactly where it all started. The year I found running again. And somewhere along the way, found a little more of myself too 🤍 #running #runningmotivation #mentalhealth #growth #runningjourney

an active London DITL 🫶🏼 a little look at a very typical — but slightly more fun — day in my life as a 23 year old working in marketing & business development at a London law firm 🤍 9–5 at the office, but obviously I had to squeeze in a few things outside of work too… ⭐️ lunch at @SushiDog to try @MARY MCCARTHY Refuel Edit — officially a new favourite ⭐️ straight from work to @HERmotion x @JUBEL Beer run club ⭐️ the most gorgeous run route across Tower Bridge with THE most insane London sunset ⭐️ a few Jubels + a very good yap to finish off Thirsty Thursday 🤭 met SO many lovely girlies, ran with some new faces and genuinely had the best time 🫶🏼 I think this might be my favourite way to do a 9–5: get the work done, then make the most of the city afterwards!! your sign to book that run club, say yes to the plans and make a normal workday a little more fun!!!! #ditl #runclub #londonrunning #dayinthelife #runnergirl
