The semester just started and I already feel overwhelmed & melancholic… Ive been through this before and it doesn’t end well by the end of the semester. CUNY systems have mental health resources, counseling, and other support systems so I signed up and I recommend anyone else who needs support to do the same! #ashleyfine #30&UnderConstruction

Confession: sometimes I feel so anxious that I have to run out of the house and just escape my thoughts! Summer isn’t officially over and sunsets ground make. Okay ummm this week I had so much anxiety!!! Anxiety about finances, how I show up with my family and friends, and about my identity. I started off the week asking for help and ended the week with a messy room but apart of me is proud of my existence right here right now. I’ll try again tomorrow. #30&UnderConstruction #ashleyfine
