Bondi Life isn’t so bad. I always saw people post icebergs on insta and thought it would be super expensive… Can’t believe it’s only 10 dollars (a fiver 🇬🇧) for a 50m pool on the beach and a sauna. And 40 dollars for the gym included too. This week might off set some of the festivités in Melbourne next 🐎

Now I realise I am saying Coogie wrong 🏊‍♀️ It’s no wonder everyone is in shape in Bondi - it’s walking, running, swimming, surfing or working out. And everyone walks around half naked or in gym kit. Love this little pools they have dotted along the coast!

Don’t miss the spa in the morning 🧘‍♂️ Dinner at their Cooper’s Cut restaurant was a highlight, amazing food with a wicked signature cocktail list too. I loved their Old ‘Good’ Fashioned - a classic with a twist! Couple their award winning spa with incredibly attentive staff and I left feeling like a new man. #hostedstay

All I did was play sports and workout until about 5 years ago… A mixture of the racing-life on the road, injuries, and finding training without sports boring has made me half the man I was at 21 on the gym floor 😂 Calling a come back with Jab Boxing 🥊 The only class to actually get me training hard In a long time and a great team. I’ve been doing their classes in Victoria and loving them. Their next gym is opening in Old Street soon with open gym, classes, recovery spaces for members. Dress codes are great for guys because we don’t mind wearing the ‘same’ as everyone else. Was really happy with this suit I worked with the @cavani custom team on - picking the cut and fabrics to make something that was an easy wear for summer events! Tie @FRANC JAMES and an Italian Panama to finish it off.
